I was visiting from out of town and needed a perm. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. There was someone there to perm my hair then trim and wrap (after the wash) and someone separate to wash and set my hair. While under the dryer, I was offered chocolate! I was very impressed by the service. If I’m ever in NY/Queens again and need my hair done, I’m definitely going back here!

I got my hair done today and I LOVE IT!! Mary gave life to my hair…I wish I had pics of how it looked before. I explained her what I wanted and she did a great job fixing the awful color I had.

Although I usually went for a wash and set they do offer a range of modestly priced services. Ladies are always pleasant. Good experience every time.

Very unprofessional salon. I waited over 4 hours for a haircut and never received it. I was annoyed so I just left. All of the employees were only speaking Spanish and whenever I asked a question they would speak in Spanish to each other and laugh. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON.

Just got my hair done and it is exactly how I wanted it! I am sorry I didn't get the name of the lady that did my hair but I just want to say she did an amazing job. Also the lady that washed my hair, did a great job. There very nice and have good customer service. I LOVE MY HAIR! THANK YOU!

Very professional and caring staff! They definitely know how to handle all types of hair and make sure your scalp and hair are clean. I went in to get my hair highlighted a dark red ombre, a trim, and cut bangs. The stylist did an incredible job, I don't know all of their names but they are wonderful ladies ?. Haha I will be back for sure, thank you once again for your service.

I love this place! They are very knowledgeable in taking care of hair of various textures. I have very curly natural hair and they've always made my hair silky smooth and healthy. The products they use are great for hair growth and the prices can't be matched.

I waited with my wife for over two hours to get her hair cut. The lady first told us to come back in half an hour because they were a little busy. I came back when she asked us to and then was ignored for a full 2 hours while they took other clients in front of me. A client even pointed out how long we were waiting and the hair dresser continued taking other clients in front of my wife. I speak Spanish although I don't look like I do, and the lady told her they take care of their friends first. These clients were not waiting since earlier in the day either. They walked in an hour after us and added their name onto the waitlist. The hair dresser never even mentioned my wife adding her name to the list so we had no idea there was one. They were discriminating based on either color, ethnicity, or sexual orientation and never had any intentions of cutting her hair. The very least they could have asked her to come back another day if they really didn't have time, instead of letting us waste over 2 hours out of our day. We would have loved to support a local business had we not been treated so unfairly. We eventually just got us and left.
