Initially went here because I was losing air in my tire and I had my daughter in the back seat. Tony and his worker thoroughly checked my tires and actually found a small nail embedded in one of my tires. They quickly plugged the hole and as the tire was being repaired Tony smelled something not pleasant coming from the car. Well, come to find out it was my filters, cabin and outside. He ordered the part for me and my husband took the car back up there the next day. Tony is great and I thanked him so much for the service.

Around November 2022, I took in my car for service because my car throttle has a delay and some vibrations on idle.Tony (Mechanic) did Throttle Body Cleaning to my 2011 Honda Civic and right after he performed the throttle body cleaning, the car threw a Check Engine Light and code (P0453) which indicates an EVAP issue.This is the very first time that my car has this Check Engine Light/Code coming up like this.So I brought it up to him the next day asking him to fix the problem he caused. But he kept REFUSING to admit that he caused the issue and Instead of fixing the issue free-of-charge, he wants me to pay for ANOTHER diagnostic and for the Service to fix the CEL/Code (P0453) if found.With that being said, he refused to take accountability for the issue/fault that he caused with my car.As a first time new customer I shouldn't have to pay for additional services for the issue he CAUSED.The reason why I am writing this review now (7 months later) is because inspections are due on June 30.And because of the CEL/Code that Tony caused, this is preventing me from passing NY State Inspections.In fact, had to go to three different mechanics and all three of them couldn't pinpoint the root cause of this EVAP code which is a complete waste of time/money.This is really frustrating as a customer to be dealing with this problem.So as of right now, I am stuck with the fourth mechanic and I can only pray that the fourth mechanic can fix the issue that Tony caused.So If you are still adamant to get your car fixed by this shop, then I urge you to steer away from this shop.Tony if you are reading this review I will making a complaint against you and your shop through NYC311 for not taking responsibility for your own actions.

Horrible customer service! He says the car will be ready in 2 days but it took almost an entire week. No calls to update on the car. Then makes YOU go out and get a part needed. Tony treats women with no respect. Do not go to him!!!!!!

Do not go here. As other reviewers have said they will do something and leave your car worse than you started. Dominic's only goal is to get you tf out of his shop. He gives zero fs about sending you out with a problem with your car. I had to spend $1500+ on a problem created by him. Terrible, money hungry shop. Buyer beware

As a single mom, lord knows I’ve had my share of being taken advantage of in many places I have taken my car to get serviced. This is by far the most honest, nice guy you can possibly deal with. After 4yrs of headaches with my check engine light, and tons of money spent with no good result, Tony finally got down to the problem and I was able to pass inspection with no problem. Second review same scammers avoid this place at all cost. If you leave your vehicle there they will damage something and the. Try to upcharge. Don't take your car here for small jobs they don't wanna work for small orders and will f*** up your car to make more money

Anyone knows it's hard to find a good mechanic. What's harder to find than a good mechanic, is a good and HONEST mechanic. Tony is that. He manages his time well and sets realistic expectations. As a customer I didn't get blindsided by the bill. I paid what he quoted.I had Tony replace a rotting K-frame on an old truck. He did it quick, without sacrificing any quality. If I could give 6 stars I really would because he goes out of his way to explain what and why repairs are needed. This makes you feel at ease that you automobile is in competent hands and more importantly you aren't getting taken advantage of.I like his service so much, I come to him for even the most basic things like oil changes and tune ups, because after only a few jobs on my truck I can tell he values repeat customers and goes out of his way to keep you happy so that you come back and recommend your friends and family. Great service wanted to check up my 2005 subaru and wanted to get a good idea of if it was worth repair or not, multiple mechanics would say its fixable but ignored other issues, Tony was able to give me a rough estimate explained everything and gave me his professional opinion. I decided to not work on my subaru but im definitely going to bring my other cars to him. Very honest and trustworthy.

Tony is very technical, knows his cars and doesn't only look at what's in front of him. He sees the big picture and repairs your car correctly. He uses quality parts and gives you a very fair price.

Got a ticket for an expired NYS inspection. Called them the same day and they were able to accommodate me the next day. Will visit them going forward since I moved into Flushing over the last few months.
