I won't lie the clothes here are nice and pretty affordable. Sometimes typical but you can't go wrong. I gave the store two stars because the fitting room policies are very STUPID. They make you feel like you're a thief! Also there's no cash or credit refund, it's exchange only with receipt within 7 days. FYI

The manager at the store at 165th and Jamaica is very rude , obnoxious and abusive towards the employees. I have personally witnessed abusing the employees in front of customers. This is very poor internal marketing and extremely abusive behavior towards employees .I hope that the management can be more attentive towards this kind of behavior and take the necessary action to correct

This store has excellent quality clothing. However, during a visit earlier this week at the 165th St location in Jamaica, one of the female employees, after being verbally abused by the manager (swear words included) had cause to defend herself loudly in the presence of customers. Another employee told me quietly that this is the normal treatment meted out to employees by the boss. He also curses them out about their nationality and degrades them constantly. But they need their jobs so they stay quiet. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here again. This is inhumane.

I've always gotten great buys here for years, but as I get older and more experienced at shopping I notice if you look you'll get the same thing somewhere else cheaper.
