This location has great parking and their shelves are fully stocked however their parking lot is full of garbage everywhere and smells bad.

The supervisor Leroy is very rude and unprofessional he has no customer service skills, I don't know how he became a supervisor.

I just went to make a deposit to my account using the app , Leroy the cashier told me I need an ID , I gave him my government issue Id which was valid and he refuse to do the transaction for me , I made plenty deposits at that location without using Id all they needed was the barcode, but Leroy was very rude. He threw my ID on the counter and told me he couldn’t use My green card as if that I needed a license.

I ordered canvas photos since May 13th. Today is May 30th. System shows it’s ready for pickup but it’s still not available when I went there. I ordered more canvases and the orders show processing for 2 weeks now. They’re good with regular photos but sucks with the others

Pietro in the Pharmacy has outstanding customer service. He was patient, informative, helpful and professional. It's especially refreshing to have someone be kind when your in need or a loved one is not feeling well. Thanks Pietro!

Don't go here for your prescription. No matter what time is the day you go you'll be waiting at least an hour usually longer. They tell you 15 minutes and then it takes 2 hours. They do not value their customer's time at all. I'm sure the only reason these things in business is because they're 24 hours and their location
You're better off taking the time and going to another neighborhood to get your prescription filled, and you'll still probably be back before this Walgreens would have taken care of you.

I'm a leukemia patient and today the person in the counter told me that I had to go to the pharmacy so that she can update my insurance y information and when i got there it took less than 2 mints to update my insurance information. They have 1 doctor and 2 people working with him and 1 person in the counter. Before the guys that were in the counter would answer calls, update patient information and take care of the line at the same time but now the service is not good at all

being lazy, slow & rude MUST BE A HIRING REQUIREMENT. The staff in there sucks ! they hide in those rooms and use excuses blaming each other for their terrible work ethic. Do not go there if you’re already having a bad day , their employees will test your limits for sure! Legit waste of time in there

An unfortunate place to have to pick-up prescriptions. I used to go to the local rite-aid on merrick Blvd, but sadly that shut down leaving me stuck with this shoddy Walgreens with only 1 cashier everytime i come here. Coincidence? No. Everyone I spoke to about the wait have all echoed the same thing. Apart from the pharmacy, every other department is great. The wait for the pharmacy on average is 25 minutes (I decided to check after waiting for over 30 minutes....twice!!!) I'm pretty accurate. Don't send your prescription here unless you desperately need to pick it up at 2 a.m. This pharmacy is 24hrs, only redeeming quality it has.

Horrible service. Order photo prints online for pick up, when I showed up they said they can’t find it and I now have to stand and wait for them to do it. Ridiculous and unacceptable customer service. And the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Why have one hour photo prints and when customers order it the night before and show up the next day to get it, they can’t find it. So better Walgreens.

Don’t send any prescriptions here, your wasting you own time, the pharmacy department is good for nothing!
