I rented a PO Box and never received a key. I was never able to get in touch with anybody at USPS regarding the matter. Very horrible.

I have never seen anything like this. I went to the post office with my label and I was told by the lady behind the counter that she does not have any tape to tape the label for me for my priority mail. I then had to go purchase the tape to tape it, I’m not sure I am right I live in Florida and I have excellent customer service people at the post office. I go with my label they tape it for me and give me my receipt. I’m not sure what’s the difference between Florida and New York why the people here are so horrible and so mean never again .

TWO RUDE WOMEN WORKING ON MONDAY 08/18/23 LIED TO ME were very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND BOTH REFUSED TO TELL ME THEIR NAMES Because they knew how unprofessional they were. NOT only that they refused to help me out, they lied saying that a manager will come and help me and after waiting for an HOUR, they told me I needed to leave because no manager is coming. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the behavior of a USPS clerk named Sharron at the 9703 Sutphin Blvd, Queens, NY 11435 location. It has come to my attention that Sharron has consistently refused to scan the packages I've entrusted to her for shipping, resulting in a complete lack of tracking information and subsequent problems in the delivery process. I believe she is stealing them.I have been a regular customer at the 9703 Sutphin Blvd, Queens, NY 11435 for quite some time, and I am appalled by Sharron's blatant disregard for her duties and her disrespectful attitude towards customers. I have shipped over 30 packages through the USPS service, and in every instance, Sharron has declined to scan the packages before sending them out. As a result, there is absolutely no trace of these packages in the system, making it impossible for me to monitor their progress or anticipate their delivery dates accurately.This behavior is not only unprofessional but also causes significant inconvenience and distress for me as a customer. I rely on USPS services to ensure the timely and secure delivery of my packages, and Sharron's actions have directly compromised this trust. I have invested a substantial amount of time and resources into these shipments, only to be met with a complete lack of cooperation and basic customer service standards.I would like to emphasize that I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter unless it is resolved promptly and effectively. I firmly believe that Sharron's actions are not befitting of a USPS employee and strongly urge that appropriate action be taken. It is my sincere hope that the USPS takes this complaint seriously and addresses the issue promptly.In conclusion, I request the following actions:A thorough investigation into the behavior of USPS clerk Sharron at the 9703 Sutphin Blvd, Queens, NY 11435Appropriate disciplinary action, if warranted, to ensure that such behavior does not recur.A sincere apology for the inconvenience and distress caused due to Sharron's actions.A commitment to improving the quality of service at the 9703 Sutphin Blvd, Queens, NY 11435 to prevent similar incidents in the future.I trust that the USPS takes customer feedback seriously and works towards maintaining the trust and satisfaction of its patrons. Stolen Mail! I mailed 6 payments to different vendors. Our company checks were washed and new names placed on my checks. This is not the first event. Sorting mail into correct P.O. Boxes is also a problem

They gave me keys that dont work for my PO box. I was told that the lock would be changed and id get a new pair. Its been months. I can only come in on the weekends and multiple times ive been brushed off because the lady at the counter is working alone.Insane!

I would rather pay extra to another carrier like UPS or DHL who won’t lose my packages than this place. I was told to go to another location to get a package and they didn’t even have my package. It was very weird because the cashier could’ve just told me that the USPS doesn’t have my package but instead rather than look in the computer, this lady just told me go to another location and see if it’s there, I know there’s no incentive to give great service because this is a government run organization but at least try but of course, these people feel safe because the government employees and therefore they’re useless not all of them of course.

Not sure why I have to go to the opposite part of my neighborhood to ask questions about the status of my package when I live 2 blocks from here. Maybe the teller was uneducated of policy but I’m definitely making sure my packages never get delivered by usps. Two packages missing in a span of a week.

Rose has to be the most unprofessional worker there you work for the city and still you complain about scanning my certified letters one by one I’ve never had any issues and now because you have to scan it’s an issue! It’s your job telling me it’s against policy to do so.... excuse me? Rude, didn’t even say good Morning looks like she didn’t even want to be there! There’s a lot of people who is in need of a job and your here just taking space!
