Why is this place even open? My package has been sitting there over a week with no update in site and by the reviews I can tell it’s not even going to get to me. Shut it down and get rid of this horror place of a post office. It is a waste

Ordered a football magazine from Florida on July 1st was shipped on the 16th now its been sitting in Jamaica NY for ever paid 68 bucks ca. for the shipping and book you would think 10 days would be long enough to mail it to Toronto Ontario your postal service in the US sucks I'll never order another again there's no 0 stars because that's what I would rate them

RE. Pick up Services Counter SPECIFICALLY
Two years later and the pick-up services section is still as sloppy as ever. Waiting for OVER AN HOUR in line, with only 5 persons ahead of you and still not getting through spells I-N-E-F-F-I-C-I-E-N-T. Somebody needs to look into this process, the service delivery time is horrendous. Got to the front of the line and my package can't be located. This particular counter/"service" is really something else.
I legit fear missing my deliveries and having to deal with this counter.
PS. All the other services I've used here have been above average.

It has been over 30 days and no update after arriving at this P.O. Avoid using this P.O. at all costs. If you have an international package, try to find someone else to ship with!

Terribly disappointed at how this place is run. I waited 1hr and 15 mins to mail my packages on 7/3 because most of the staff called out. Only 2 people were working at the window when I arrived. One doing passport and the other handling customers mailing packages and alternating between two lines. There was another worker but he was on lunch break and took a full hour lunch break under these conditions. You would think a break would be shortened and compensation would be given to the worker. The extra 30 mins working would have been used to better mannage the sitution. Whoever is the manager of this branch needs to be written up. You failed the community and wasted people's valuable time. Why weren't people from other branches called to help out? There was a Caribbean manager wearing purple and grey...why couldnt she help out with situation and be behind the window. This entire situation was a mess. I wonder if this only happens in black and brown communities. As a federal organization we expect more.....do better. Have higher standards and plans for situations like this. The workers that day did their best given the situation, so I applaud them for that. But, this situation shouldnt have happened. To barely function at such a level is unacceptable.

Highly recommend you file a legal complaint against this USPS facility as I will be doing so today, My package arrived there 3 days ago and I haven't gotten a single update about it since, I paid for the fastest shipping and it's a pretty valuable item. Do not go through this USPS. Multiple reviews say their item is lost or stolen and I fully believe it, where is my package
