It's alright but I'd much prefer it if it focused on cost and convenience rather than fancy vibes. It's an airport hotel for goodness sake, keep it simple!

The stay was great, the rooms are toooo overpriced for the size but the amenities the hotel have and location is very good and made sense. Went to the restaurant and Candace was a WONDERFUL server. Ended up having her for dinner then breakfast and her service never wavered. My sister and I went out the night before to somewhere near by and the hotel had a 24 hr food area! Was great for late night snacks before bed and the guy that helped us then was just as great. I wish I saved the photos I took of the food. Overall it’s a very expensive stay and if I had the money I’d stay there multiple times a year other than that great experience.

The manager at the front desk is horrible!! Also they never answer phone if you try to call from your room. my friend room curtain was broken and they never came to fix so ended up it’s all see through from outside luckily we left early in the morning. Another friend’s room had no towels and ofc they never came so she had to come to my room to have one. My room had high pitched squealing noise which gave me headache and this rudest manager kept saying it was vent which was not but for some reason he was having really hard time giving me another room i don’t know what was his problem and the attitude!! he should not be a manager if he cant not solve or deescalate the problem. He made me walk few times back to back and just to make me annoyed more. when I brought a guy with me to the front then he acted like a totally different person and became fake nice. He is a horrible manager and can NoT expect customer service there. Bartender there was not nice either. Hotel is cute so it’s very sad.

Our flight got delayed overnight, so we went here to get some sleep and kill time. Such a cool and unique, retro space. We loved the cocktail bar inside of a plane in the runway. Lots to explore. The infinity pool overlooking the planes at the airport is such a fun feature as well. Not cheap, but our credit card flight delay insurance paid for it soooo

Didn't even get to stay because they have zero affordable rooms for a solo traveller. An airport hotel should accomodate people from all walks of life, not just people with wealth.

It Has a vintage aura, Excellent convenience of staying at JFK airport, with unparalleled comfort and accessibility..

While the hotel is expensive, it's a great place to stay for a little nostalgia. The rooms are clean and nice and the rooftop bar is a lot of fun. Make sure you explore the entire place!

Simply the best airport hotel in the world. If you are spending at night at JFK then make sure you don't miss out on this! It's not cheap but the experience of 1960's aviation nostalgia is totally worth it. We stayed in November and were still able to use the outdoor pool. We also had two kids (11 and 6) with us and it's family friendly and they had a fantastic time!
