Got my New York Inspection done. I did like the fact that it was fast to an extent. I waiting around for a bit before anyone actually talked to me, but also bear in mind that those same people were also working on something too. I was told it only cash which was not something that I expected, but the crowd was a bit older too so the technology was probably confusing. It’s ever evolving into something else as we all should know by now. It loss some stars because as I had to go to the bank to withdraw some money. The older gentleman who through my short conversation with him was firm but kind told me it’s ok to leave and then return. It seems as if his the only inspector in the garage. When I came back to the garage my car window was open and the keys to the car was also in the car in the ignition which took me by surprise by the negligence on the behalf of the shop and the older gentleman. It didn’t get a lower rating because a line was forming and there were others in line for a State Inspection. I believe it could been a better if he actually took the keys with him and closed my window. I appreciate the inspection but as further business with this place is a no go and I wont even get gas here. The risk of losing your car to theft while it being at a shop is unbearable and I worked as a mechanic for dealerships before getting a cdl.

The Triangle auto service staff was rude! Did not even attempt to help me with my car. Two guys sat in the office doing absolutely nothing. They completely ignored me when I asked if they worked there & then refused to even leave the office to look at my car. One guy literally told me no! If your car needs repair, go elsewhere, they obviously don't want to work or get paid! Straight disrespectful!

Triangle Auto Service is less than 5 mins away from where I live so it's convenient. It's also the gas station I use weekly. I had been there before when my brake lights went out and just needed someone to replace them super quick. On this visit I have greater context as I'm getting my car serviced. Checked around and they had the best prices. Drove in at 8:07, out my 8:12. Literally 5 mins to get my registration done for $37. He replaced my sticker and I was good to go. The manager/ owner (tall Caucasian) doesn't have the most pleasant demeanor on sight but is actually easy to deal with. Willing to share information and guidance. I needed to replace my steering column and he sent me in the right direction. I have no issues. Will continue to use them.

Horrible experience. My car shut down at the light RIGHT NEXT to the shop. I walked over to ask if someone can help. Two men sitting inside just stared at me & completely ignored me. So, I go in the garage area & ask the man in there & he yells to the other guys. So I go back & ask them can they just take a look at my car. My car is literally a 3 second walk from the shop holding up traffic. They just sit there. One guy tells the other guy to go & he says no, he's not going. How professional!! So I walk out because it's obvious they have no respect. After about 15 min, my car starts, thanks to MYSELF. This place will NEVER get my money. & ppl have actually referred me to them. I will inform those same ppl to go somewhere else because no one wants to work or show customers respect! Lazy and Rude!!!

Tried to get an oil change and the white guy was too lazy to do it because the quote on quote bolts were too tight from my previous oil change. The last time I got an oil change was from them. Completely unprofessional and lazy will never go there again

They are good, fast and affordable . I had my 2003 GMC Safari starter changed and they had it ready in no time and now my van starts perfect. Happy with the work.Thank you.

Have been coming here for over 15 years for auto maintenance and the yearly inspections, however unfortunately I can’t continue to support this business. Ira, the owner has a terrible attitude and has gotten worse over the years. Witnessing him on many occasions speak reckless to paying customers revealed that he simply doesn’t care about his clientele and this was enough for me and my family who have been bringing this shop much business throughout the years... as much as I’d like to support local business, this one has now been crossed off the list.
