According to USPS tracking, my package left their facility on 12/9/2021, but as of 12/23/2021 -- TWO FULL WEEKS LATER -- it has still not been received by USPS. Have called on 5 separate occasions, mornings, afternoons, and evenings, always no answer. Have left messages each time, no response. Did not choose this company, they subcontract with the company from which I purchased, "Crucial Gift." Same problems there!!!

How long will you held onto my package??????Why my package is still "in-transit" three days after you said it has arrived in the NYC Depot? Why can't you just dispatch it to a driver??? I live in NYC, this is totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!! I would opt for postal service, they are even more reliable than you.Get it together, this is ridiculous, TNT.

What is happening? I wait at home all day only to see “customer not home” on the tracking. Listed phone numbers are disconnected.
