Don’t procrastinate or hesitate!!. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was coming all the way from the Bronx to Jamaica queens to do my Taxes!!. I rarely share reviews, but I have to give a warning here to STAY AWAY. They are really nice folks and I think mean well...the operations is extremely unprofessional and inconsistent. I have to follow up multiple times to get a response. I have been trying to communicate with them over the past month and still no response. I don't think I have ever gotten a timely response from them. This year I decided to go with a different accountant because of the communication issue and we discovered that my taxes were filed incorrectly. I went to 3 different accountants and they all said the same thing. Please be mindful when using this company.
