They finally fixed my issue. The T-Mobile on 125 Street put me on a plan that did not qualify me for a free phone although when they gave me the phone they said it was free. The employee here called the corporate line directly himself and fixed everything!

Very long wait if staff is less..but clean store..music pumping and great customer one on one service. They don't rush you to bring down a line. You have their attention. Great job but kill that wait time plzz ?

Thank you Juan for an ABSOLUTELY STELLAR customer service experience at the 147 Sutphin Blvd Jamaica Queens location. After an aggravating day with 4 different “customer support” agents online, Juan was able to resolve my problem in an impressive amount of time. He was very courteous, patient, engaged, and interested in helping me with my problem. He properly assessed the situation and fixed it immediately. Really made a difference and as a result I decided to not end my 15+ year relationship and family plan with TMobil. Thank you again!!

After I arrived to NY I needed a local SIM card. I decided to go here, because the location is really close to the Jamaica station. The young man was friendly and very helpful. We solved everything and there was no problem with anything. Thank you. I can recommend.

Dishonest sales person. Be aware when you choose plans. I asked $20 tablet plans but the sales person put $30 and $55 plan without a notice. I had to call T-mobile to change it.

Went to Whitestone store where felt dismissed. Staff made minimal effort.Then went to Jamaica store which was a tough drive. But at least staff tried to resolve issue. Ultimately had to contact T Mobile by phone which was it's own issue.

The store is modern and hip. All the representatives are knowledgeable and professional. I asked for a chair and was able to sit as it takes nearly one hour to set up a new phone. T-Mobile offers the best products and services. Everyone deserves to be treated like a valued customer and that’s exactly how I felt!
