I love this store and it's owner I've been going here for the longest time, never once did I run into any issues. extremely convenient for me since I live so close. My kids are in there all the time he keeps a clean neat organized perfect spot for a snack or a nice coffee and a paper before getting on a train for work.

They should get rid of the new young guy. He's rude and unfriendly. The store has everything a convenience store should have and I used to stop by daily on my way to the air train. But the two Indian guys that used to be there are gone and now I tend to skip it because it is just not pleasant anymore. You don't have to make small talk with customers just be nice and smile!

Very very crowded with cars, and hired cars to pick up passengers. Wendy's and a Mexican restaurant here, but very crazy, crowded with cars. Would find somewhere else to park and get out of car.

very convenient spot to fill up before dropping off rental car. plenty of pumps in a wide plaza, plus a number of food outlets if you're in the mood...

Downside is there is very restricted timed parking. Aside from that, the 7-Eleven is well stocked, service is quick, and everything was reasonably clean, including the bathrooms. They have 1893 soda, so that tells me they are pretty current.

This has to have been the slowest gas pump I have ever experienced in my life. The pump pumped one gallon in about 3 or 4 minutes. I gave up and left and went to a different gas station

The Travel Plaza is really good and amazing at JFK airport, They definately needed this at JFK. A 7-11, car wash, dry cleaners , gas station and a few fast food restaurants is an excellent idea, A good place to wait for arriving flights so you don't have to pay the crooked port authority $100 to park your car for 30 minutes.

Folks place is clean,but the employees are nasty and very moody. They never acknowledge you when you talk to them. The car wash guy is also very nasty and hit tempered.
