Very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful staff. The setup process was very easy and informative. Clear instructions were given. I got there at 4 and left at 6. Smooth service. Excellent. I’m glad I chose Stop and Stor?

I recently visited my storage unit 2 weeks ago during the extreme hot weather and was HIGHLY unsatisfied to discover that the actual unit does NOT have climate control!! - As went through my belongings I was severely overheated and dehydrated. I read that they have climate control units this something they are responsible for. Ppl store items could be damaged by excessive heat or cold environments. I went to front desk to speak to a manage they weren't present so I spoke to a very nice young lady and she explained the climate control policy but I still was unsatisfied. I'm seriously thinking about moving my belongings. Just a FYI to anyone interested in storing your belongings at this business

Ms. Dolly is the absolute best! She was so thoughtful and helpful when I went in. I was 7 months pregnant and in need of a room that would be convenient to access. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied with both the space and price. 4 years later I am still renting and always look forward to seeing Ms. Dolly when I got. 5 stars well deserved!

I’ve been storing with them for a couple years now and I have no complaints the staff is very friendly and nice always helpful and Dolly P is the best I’m always happy to hear from her even when she calling to collect ?

I utilized this storage facility for 2 years! Great experience with storage and the staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating! Always accessible and helpful!! Lita and Dolly are amazing!

I wish I could give this storage location zero stars. They are the epitome of terrible customer service. Not only do they raise their prices without any justification, but they are also incredibly rude whenever you dare to ask for assistance or an explanation. It's like they don't understand the concept of customer service. Save your wallets and yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your storage needs.

i love this stop & stor location. conveniently good pricing for my storage ! & the staff is always extremely nice. ❤️ especially the manager Lita , she’s so nice & always does her job & goes out her way sometimes for me too when i need help , when she doesn’t have to. i highly recommend this stop & stor to anyone in jamaica.

After utilizing this storage facility for an extended period of a year and a half, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone.During this time, I entrusted them with many valuable possessions while I was frequently traveling. Unfortunately, when I recently retrieved my items, I discovered a significant number of them were missing. When I inquired about this issue, the staff was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation.This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed, and I urge others to consider alternative storage options. It pains me to say that I have more faith in the safety of my belongings if they were left on the street.Furthermore, I found the staff to be consistently unhelpful and discourteous. The insurance they offer did not prove to be of any assistance in resolving the situation.In conclusion, I believe they should seriously consider reevaluating their practices, and perhaps a more fitting name for the establishment would be "Stop & Steal" is in order.

With the first call back from Miss Dolly, my experience with Stop & Stor has been extremely pleasant. Miss Dolly was very courteous, professional, and respectful the entire time that we spoke and the day I went into the facility. Miss Dolly extends herself to assist and go through the process with you, with ease. She always greets you with an infectious smile, always having care and concern for others. Miss Dolly is a true Gem, with an amazing personality! Miss Dolly is definitely an asset to Stop & Stor!! Awesome job Miss Dolly!!
