This Bank is Disgrace I am Surprised they are still Open. My father Died. Me and my Brother were beneficiaries on Account..The bankers and Manager had no Idea how to do the Job. They said we needed copy of Birth Certificates and Id and they would Contact us. They never Did. Me made fight tooth and Nail to Finally Settle This Account by going to Another Branch. THIS BANK IS THE WORST.

Both ATM's out of order here yet again.Not the first time this has happened here. I'm not appreciative of having to pay to get my money at a different bank. This is garbage service.

I went in one day last month (September 2022) I literally waited 35 mins before a teller acknowledged me one of the tellers had a personal life story about the women’s (a client) grandkids and late husband who passed away from Covid(I just didn’t think it was Fessional to have some type of conversation a teller window maybe if they were having a one on one banking session but at the window is highly rude if the transactions is delayed because of the talking/fraternizing. The person thatHelp me let me kno if I didn’t make a deposit that same day my account would closed and I’ve been banking with this bank back when it was Astoria federal couldn’t help I also need to unlock my online banking which she did not help me unlock she told me it was not something that she could do in the branch and that I would need to call back the representatives to unlock it which I know that not to be true so I left very frustrated I won’t be going to that thing again even though it’s the closest one in my area I am considering changing banks there isno incentive more benefit for maintaining a checking account and or savings account for existing customers anyway.

This is one of the worst bank I’ve ever seen. Horrible , unprofessional & disrespectful behaviors from bankers. 3 times changed ownership but need to change all those craps. HR need to take actions. Pls visit here as a customer & you will find how unprofessional they are. God bless them .

This BRANCH is surely a JOKE! Waited on the phone calling from Europe to find out what has happened to a money transfer sent from NL that is now “missing”…AND 14 DAYS LATE IN ARRIVING!!! I was told by NL bank that the transfer is somewhere “between” the “middle corresponding bank” and Webster branch on Hillside Ave, Jamaica Queens! This is the WORST service I have EVER experienced!Does anyone know what I can do?

Came in a few days ago to see if I can have something waived for an unexpected payment going through my account, Spoke to the manager VIEJA who first off asked if I was a “prospect client”, (way to make it obvious some people get special treatment than others)Stated to her that this is my first time asking for a fee to be waived since opening my account more than 5+ years ago, and if they are able to do a courtesy just this once. Manager VIEJA Refused and said since it is not an error the bank has made, fee will not be waived. I asked if I was a “prospect client” would the fee have been waived, she responded “perhaps” and said it’s not possible. I ended up calling Webster customer service, asked if they were able to do anything with my situation and without hesitation they waived what I asked and resolved my issueManger VIEJA should know how to be discreet when it comes to handling customers “prospect” or not so it’s not as obvious who u pick and choose to waive fees. Bare minimum she could have done is give alternatives solutions to see how my issue would be resolved. Instead I had to go out of my way dialing the 1-800 number to see if they can help me out due to her refusal and incompetence and lack of good customer service. Came to the conclusion she just didn’t want to even bother with me. Avoid this branch at all cost, shame it used to be a better institution with better management.

This bank really needs help im a third generation banker here from since they were Astoria bank and irs very upsetting after all these years they still haven't been able to be incompetent. Im a very frastrated customer management needs to get involved everyone have the same constant conplain how come you guys dont look into more staffs or training???

the WORST branch of all.!! This branch has a HABIT of keeping the customers waiting.!!!!!I pulled over the drive thru to deposit and I told the lady to give me a minute to fill out the deposit slip she seems so unhappy about it and starts doing something without looking at me she had me wait for almost 10min!!! Unbothered to look at me , another lady came instead and took my deposit and again there's NO customer there inside or outside but me !!! HORRIBLE !!!I was banking in this bank for more than 15 yrs since it was still Astoria, and the only reason why I'm still using this is the convenience of it next to the subway nothing else, but i will close my account because this branch is really getting WORST and I had enough it's insane !
