I have never enjoyed a pet shop like this one! I love love loved the knowledge I learned and how they took time to explain everything about the birds I purchased. They treat their birds like their own children. All the animals are very well loved which what made me buy my new babies! I will come back as soon as I buy my own house to get some more babies for my future Avery! I’m very very happy with this wonderful establishment! May God bless this business always! Best bird shop ever!

Since I got my birds from this store, I’ve made it a habit to visit about once a month to pick up bird food and see the adorable birds they have. Every time I’m there, I notice the staff and owner are always busy cleaning cages and keeping the store spotless to ensure a healthy environment for the birds. The owner is very knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly answer any questions I have. He carefully selects the friendliest bird for each customer. Almost all the medium to large birds are hand-fed and enjoy being around people. They are absolutely adorable!!!!The prices are incredibly reasonable, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a friendly, lovable bird!

Horrific. The birds lives in way too small cages, and some even without perches to sit at. Broke my heart. They look sick and depressed. No animals should be treated like this, ever.

The cages were WAYY to small for a bird their size, cages were extremely dirty, they had no perches or toys and there were to many birds in some cages. DO BETTER.

PLEASE READ, I saw a post from a bird lover about how awful this store looked from the inside and I agree with them, these poor babies should not be living in these conditions!! Clean their cages! Give them perches and toys! Just because these little creatures might seem easily replaceable doesnt mean they should be living in these conditions!! This isnt royalty for these creatures! Theyre living in a dirty hell hole. If youre not going to keep the birds in clean conditions, without toys and perches then its best for you (THE OWNER) to close down this store or at least change your ways and be more passionate about the lives of these beautiful babies! It breaks my heart seeing them with no enrichment at all. DO BETTER.

The cages were disgusting and small, the diet they feed the birds is horrendous, some birds cages had no perching. The prices on these birds were ridiculously high for no reason. This is NOT an ethical bird store. Please do not support them.

I lost my gloster canary a few weeks ago and I was devastated. my family discovered this gentleman who owns this shop through Google. I came to his store today and I found an exact match to the canary that I lost. He's super healthy. The gentleman was very informative and professional. He cares about his birds unlike some pet stores that I have been to. He treats his birds as pets not merchandise. I also bought a bourke parrot from him too. This parrot is so friendly energetic and sweet. He has species of birds that I haven't seen before in the pet stores near me in long island. He explains what each bird has quality wise and he will recommend a bird to you depending on your preference. He looks out for his customers and will help you out even if the bird becomes sick. He has medications to help treat the birds. I live in long island but I will be using this gentleman going forth when it comes to buying birds and getting the proper care supplies. It's worth the drive.

The man at the counter is very kind and even speaks to me in Spanish so I can understand better since my English is not good. I plan to go with my daughter to buy a bird.

The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. The store has a wide selection of birds that are kept in good condition and some of them are very tame and friendly. They also have a wide variety of accessories, food, supplements and medicines. Highly recommended for all your feathered companion needs!
