The customer service here is non-existent. You can see the owners behind the counter and the Spanish guy answering his phone with personal calls before he even bother to ask a customer if they need help. A line and telling people he needs to restock things before he takes anyone ?♀️ I won't be spending my money here ever again. I prefer to travel all the way to Manhattan and give then business. Businesses like this is the reason. Why other business suffer. They need to learn manners and customer service ?

Great selection of wines and liquor all the time. Just watch out for the locals hanging in front and on the sides of the establishment

The detail here is that no matter what you spend on liquor, they charge you for the bag.

There's an old episode of The Profit in which the finance guy does a deal with a liquor store. His first move was clearing out half of the store and liquidate it to make room for better stock, clearer descriptions, to make sales easier on the customer. I think about that episode every time I come into this joint. They could use a lot of Marcus Lemonis. The back section of the store is overflowing with dusty--so very dusty--bottles of alcohol I'm positive hasn't sold in years. There's definitely some good stuff but you have to spend the time to look over many bottles of underwhelming adult beverages. So normally I come in knowing exactly what I want and where it is, which is too bad because I love spending time in checking out wines. I'm always trying to teach myself more. The prices are excellent. So much so that I'll often see an interesting bottle before I get on the train from the city. Then buy it for less once I jump off the train. Great people work here, love supporting an immigrant owned business. It's a good spot that needs a little Profit.
