My Dad have been a sheps army & navy customer for a very long time, and has not once had anything negative to say about the service or stuffs. On till now, he said the store is way too crowded. the floors looked like it hasn’t been swept in days. not enough room to move around. Very unorganized and under staffed. they female staff, looks like she have no interest or patient in helping with anything!

My husband and I love to shop at this store. There is a girl name Sarah who is very professional and very helpful.She really did offer us great customer service that that makes you feel comfortable from the time you enter the store. We love to shop here.

Excellent customer service! The owner and staff were very attentive to my needs and really valued my opinions. I drove out from queens on a busy Saturday afternoon and it was definitely worth the drive. They have a Great selection, and the quality of the everything is great! If your in the neighborhood definitely stop by, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again guys!

Worked here in my teens, the owner is a good, honest man. He kept the army and navy culture going in order to provide for the fellow working man. He always selected his work clothes on durability and comfort. If you support mom and pop shops, this is a great place to start.
