They used to be very reliable. Nowadays there's always some sort of problem. Most of the time, they don't have specific grades of fuel available

I've consistently had a fantastic experience at this Shell. Shamol and the staff are friendly and helpful. They've been my go to for oil changes and inspections, and they always provide prompt and efficient service. Highly recommend and trust em fully.
