33-25 Parsons Blvd, Flushing“Kiddie academy is truly professional for the youth education. My child comes home with a big smiley face everyday. The teachers are very caring, loving and patient with the children. The daily circle time is my child’s favorite, which helped to develop her reading habit. Definitely one of the top early educational place to go!”
“So happy we found St Marks Nursery School. My son spent two summers going to camp there and was enrolled in the three and fours program. The teachers and staff are phenomenal. Fun, loving, energetic personalities that keep the kids always wanting to learn. They learn through play, reading, interactive activities and field trips and so much more. There is a music class that they all attend which is amazing, where the kids are so involved and having fun. The playground is a very special place as well. Because it is a co-op, parents are very involved which really gives it that family/community feel. Participations days at the school are a highlight for me. I love being in class with my kids seeing what they do and getting to spend time with them there. We’ve met some amazing friends while at St Marks which was so nice since we were new to the area. My oldest is now in kindergarten and excelling. I know it’s because of the experience he had at St Marks. My daughter is now in the 3s program and thriving and making friends and having a blast. So happy she still has this coming summer and next year so we can continue to be a part of the St Marks family.”

“Linda and her team worked worked very hard to accommodate my 1 year old son into their infant program. The school has been a blessing to my family. The Day care has very flexible hours and they allow drop off as early as 7AM and pickup as late as 6PM which is wonderful for working parents, such as myself. The Daycare provides Breakfast, lunch and snacks. The meals are Kosher (we prefer Halal & Kosher food) and are prepared fresh daily. The teachers are amazing! The wonderful teachers really make this place what it is, and my son looks forward to going there every day.Communication is terrific and we are notified of everything. I receive pictures daily of my son participating in various activities. My husband and I have noticed a huge change in his development and the school has helped him achieve all of the important milestones.I cannot recommend this school enough!I am very grateful to Linda and her staff for taking care of my son and for providing him with so much love and care, while he is away from home.”

184-10 Horace Harding Expy, Queens“Excellent service. Very satisfactory and sanitary. Great place to work, highly suggested for students that need tutoring or SAT or SHSAT prep. As a part time employee, the students much enjoyed learning, interacting, and bonding with the tutors and other students as well as the staff.”
“I love the Community House. The best kept secret in Forest Hills! We have years and years living in this neighborhood and just found out about the CH ... a friend told me and we became members. I'm so glad to be part of this family ????”
“After spending the first 15 months at home with baby, the process of finding a great daycare that would met my needs and wants was not an easy task. From the minute we came for a tour, baby was very responsive, walking up to the administrative staff. It was clear my child was very pleased and enjoyed the environment.Having access to the app to see all the pictures that are posted and any questions I may have during the day is also an added benefit. Since starting at the wooden shoe, there is so much noticeable social development that we have witnessed, especially learning. Singing the alphabet , counting and just more socially excited and engaged with people are some of the few benefits of this daycare. Most importantly, from the minute I drop off my child I am not anxious, worried or concerned, because I know they are being properly cared for and loved on. All the teachers know my childs name and are soo kind. Kids want to feel important and have a desire for belonging. I can see by the way my child is excited about daycare from the minute we park the car out front, that they feel the love from everyone there. Every meal, diaper change and naps are tracked in the app, thats some great attention to detail. Even when you are away you can still keep track of what your child is doing in the day, its nice. Some other things I like that are not related to childcare, i really like how responsive the administrative staff is. I can send an email in the morning and get extremely fast responses. As a healthcare professional, I take professionalism extremely seriously, so this is a huge plus. I really like how they present themselves when it comes down to my questions and providing answers. Also, we communicate with the teacher what we are teaching our child at home, and the teacher reinforces that in school and vice versa. Its great all around.Daycare is an investment in your child's future. And this is an investment that we are extremely happy to make. This place is an answered prayer, very grateful to God for everyone at the Wooden Shoe :)”

252-20 Northern Blvd #1a, Queens“Exceptional preschool! My daughter was born during the pandemic and my husband and took care of her while working from home. We did not put her in a daycare, and we had no clue about the 3K program until just before the deadline for applications in 2023. I called this school for a tour and the director and staff patiently addressed all our questions and welcomed our then 3yo and 2yo for a tour. We hoped and prayed our 3yo would get into the 3k program in Fall 2023 and thankfully, she did.
Throughout the year, my daughter’s teachers showed genuine love and care towards her. I never felt like they were there just because it was their job, but I always felt like they truly cared about her. They found ways to always connect with her and with us. This was her first ever school year, her first time to be ever away from home daily under the care of people aside from myself and my husband, and she always felt at home. I never had to worry if she was in good hands because I always felt at ease with the teachers.
The director, assistant director and other staff also knew my daughter by name. They too showed genuine concern for her well-being, and I just couldn’t imagine choosing another school for my girl.
Looking forward to having both my kids in KA Little Neck in Fall 2024!”

GNCS is a wonderful school with a devoted parent body, a highly experienced teaching staff and a great facility that includes a massive playground and outdoor class room. The school provides a safe and enriched environment for kids to grow, develop and thrive. It is definitely the top choice for daycare school in the Great Neck area. Highly recommended!”
“I love this school as well as the teachers and staff at Stepping Stone Pre and Grade School. They know every kid by name as well as the child’s needs, enabling them to provide all that is needed for each child to learn and grow! My daughter currently attends Stepping stone the teachers have been beyond amazing, and passionate about educating the children. They really know what they are doing & are very well trained. The classrooms’ presence is very warm and welcoming while the teachers seem to maintain an encouraging fun vibe so the children seem to have a lot of fun in class and are excited to go to school!”

290 Broadway, Lynbrook“My 3 children have attended kids campus. Kids campus has been a part of our lives for 12 years and all I can say are positive things. My children started attending from 6 weeks and graduated Pre K there. The level of care that we received starting from infancy was exceptional. Both my girls were more than ready by the time they started kindergarten. Being a working mother and having Kids campus has been the biggest blessing for my family. I am grateful to all the teachers and directors that have and continue to create a safe and secure space for my children.”

“it brought me way back to my.old time the beautiful time I had with my old time crew, seeing the paranda on television , it was beautiful I'm 76 yrs. old so your know I come from the old days God bless all of your to make this possible merry Xmas ?”
“My four-year-old just spent the last two years at Rainbowland and we are so grateful for all the care and attention she received there. She learned all she needed to be confident and prepared for Kindergarten and made many friends. Additionally, every staff member has been incredibly kind to us as parents: they communicated well about the schedule and what was going on in the classroom, and were extremely helpful anytime we had a concern (which was seldom). Because they are a daycare center as well, they were able to watch our daughter when the 3-k and pre-k public school calendars had holidays, which was VERY helpful. In the last couple weeks before her after-school program started at her new school, they were able to accommodate us and bridge the childcare gap. I cannot say enough good things about them!”
“My grand daughter has matured in every aspect while attending OKP HEWLETT ; the staff always professional , attentive and kind. The school is always clean, secure .I feel great comfort with her attendingOKP HEWLETT. I highly recommend the establishment .”
“Could not have asked for a better school for my child. Great sense of team work, my child's speech has improved significantly, he's learned to communicate more and I love the curriculum. The teachers and staff coordinate with the parents and most of all of the activities that the children get to experience and do is wonderful. Oh and my child loves his teachers!”

This would be the place, this elementary school is so good that if I were give this school higher than 5 stars, I would give them 10. All the staff are so nice and would support your kid through their childhood.”

11 Sintsink Dr E, Port Washington“This experience has been wonderful! Our daughter attended for three years and our son one. He'd run in without looking back. She was more hesitant, then couldn't stop talking about it. We moved to Port largely for this school and were not disappointed. The references were strong when we were deciding, and perhaps we'll chat if you're considering it. Many parents were educators (we're not), and we developed some close friendships. The name comes from "Project Spectrum," a research program that ran at Harvard under Howard Gardner and Mara Krechevsky. It's unrelated to the autism spectrum. The idea is that there are several types of intelligence (a "spectrum" of knowledge), and they can be cultivated in early childhood. My Spectrum School combines elements of this theory and the Reggio Emilia approach. It excels at translating theory into experiences. That's mostly because teachers care about kids, and kids aren't interested in Gardner. There's a commitment to longer-term themes (e.g., creativity, cognitive skills, STEAM), which informs curriculum. And they have a moment-by-moment approach: Teachers incorporate kids' interests and provide remarkable individual attention and differentiation. Class sizes are small enough to make that work. There's also some structure. Teachers stick to a routine for activities like arrival, lunch, playground, and departure---even if there can be considerable flexibility in between. Kids call adults by titles. Dr. D, Ms. Jennifer, and Mr. Jason became household names. The teachers are amazing, and it's hard to say enough good. Mr. Jason and Ms. Jennifer are bright, engaged, and passionate about the kids. They're also all-around wonderful people. Dr. D brings considerable experience with education theory and practice. Everyone had helpful insight at our conferences. They love talking about the kids. They were willing to reinforce things that we worked on at home, like empathy, imagination, or potty training. They will also tell it like it is: You'll hear something if your kid is in diapers at four or five. It is Long Island, after all.The facilities are large and thoughtfully designed. Mr. Jason teaches Pre-K students in one room. Ms. Jennifer and Dr. D have younger kids in another. There's a fair bit of crossover, where younger kids join the Pre-K students for some activities, parties, and play. Kids without younger siblings play eldest to the little ones, and likewise. We'll have fond memories.”
“Choosing a preschool for our little one was a daunting task. As parents, trust is paramount, and finding a place where we felt truly comfortable entrusting our child's early education was challenging. However, our worries dissolved the moment we stepped into Our Kids Place.
From the warm welcoming staff to the engaging curriculum, this place exceeded all our expectations.
The staff here radiates genuine care and passion for what they do, making it easy to trust them with our daughter. Each day, my daughter eagerly looks forward to going to school, a testament to the nurturing environment provided by the dedicated teachers and staff.
The curriculum at OKP is not only educational but also tailored to the individual needs and interests of each child. It's amazing to see my daughter's excitement as she learns through play, exploration, and hands-on activities.
Beyond academics, the emphasis on social-emotional development is truly commendable. My daughter has blossomed here, building friendships, gaining confidence, and developing important life skills that will serve her well now and will utilize in the years to come.
In summary, OKP is not just a place where children learn; it's a community where they thrive. We couldn't be happier with our decision to enroll our daughter here, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent seeking a nurturing, enriching, and trustworthy preschool experience!”

500 Meacham Ave, Elmont“This center was a great stepping stone for my daughter in her educational path. She started preschool in the fall and spent a few weeks there over the summer. They had such great events for the kids over the summer, such as bounce house, trips, themed days. When the school year came around her academic growth has shown and she even started reading. They have shows for the kids throughout the year where they're dancing or singing like the Christmas shows and the Black History month show. The teachers there are so interactive with the kids and I love how they communicate with me about everything going on with my daughter.”
“My kids are so happy and have learned so much during their time at Tiny Tykes. They provide such a wide range of learning activities for the kids. Tiny Tykes is more like a family than a learning center.”
