I moved from California to nyc about a year ago and I had to find a nail salon, I stumbled upon Royal diamond and I'm so happy I did!!! I felt right at home, everyone is so sweet and welcoming! The work they do is incredible every inspo pic I show I get exactly that!!!! Pricing is reasonable. I'm saying this all to say COME HERE YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

WORST PLACE EVER!
Older man attempted to do my color change for my gel manicure. He rushed through the process roughly doing the job and made my cuticles bleed THREE times on three separate fingers; one on one hand and two on the other. He pretended like he didn’t see the blood gushing out and when I bought it to his attention, he just yelled at me and told me to go wash my hands and then he got up from the table he was doing my nails at and proceeded to go and do someone else’s. He never bothered to apologize or make sure I was ok.
WORST PLACE EVER! I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NEVER TO PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!
This place was better when Jason and his wife Amy were there. This place has truly gone downhill.

Beware. Worse experience ever. I only wanted a color change on my gel manicure. The guy was rushing throughout the entire experience and went too deep into my cuticles. I pulled away when he started hurting me but it was too late because he caused a lot of damage. He caused 6 of my 10 fingers to bleed. When he noticed it was bleeding, he told me to go wash my hands. No I’m sorry or treatment was given. He walked away and started doing someone else’s pedicure. The entire experience brought tears to my eyes from the extreme pain and I now have bandaids on almost every finger. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and couldn’t even offer a simple apology.

So this place changed owners so many times it's hard to keep up... the lady that does the dip powder does a pretty good job... but the one next to her that does tips does a horrible job, first off let me say this is the worst set I've ever gotten done, one of the nail was crooked, the acrylic was too thick, she didn't file my nails according to my fingers , so they looked broad and ugly... won't be going back to this establishment...

They are friendly but she literally RUSHED through my entire pedicure. Didn't clean under my toe nails was dry brushing my foot using the loofah scrub. HORRIBLE!! Don't expect a great pedicure when visiting this salon as a matter of fact just don't come here!! Smh

Very friendly and nice. Quick service and not busy on a Saturday afternoon surprisingly. I don't get much services here just the basic pedicure. They do offer everything though, full set, gel manicure, eyebrows and waxing. We called ahead and they said no wait. We got the Regular Pedicure is $20. They also offer a green Tea pedicure $38 and Lavender coco Spa Pedicure $45 and Gold Spa Pedicure $50.

I have been going to this salon for about 7yrs on and off and i always give a tip...but tonight i felt like the lady who did my feet didn't deserve a tip.now in the whole establishments it doesn't state its required.my point is isn't a tip an option if its not a requirement?i never felt so humiliated in my life i wa kicked out the door bc i refuse to give a tip and was asked several times..where are the black owned nail salons i will pay if treated welcominService: Pedicures
