Purchased new pair of basketball shoes over the summer while I was out the country didn’t wear them till last week, the soles came off, came to this store for a consultation on getting these fixed, the gentleman were very detailed on what they were gonna do to repair the shoes super happy with the results

So I bought a belt on eBay and didn’t realize the size and the guy didn’t want to take it back and then I saw this place and figured let me cut it and customize it and do something unique so I took my other belt and bought a cheaper one on eBay and did a triple switch….. lol they did an awesome job and was fast can u notice the difference ?

Details of my own experience would be too much to explain outside the great customer service that I received from this family business in Jamaica Queens, NY. Ever since the fist time, in which I had my Gucci belt cut to size, that I've walked in to Roma's led to having other work done too, like reliabled of designer-wear and shoe repair. Awesome work!
