On November 12, 2020 I ordered $70 worth of face masks. My credit card was charged, I received an order confirmation but never shipping info or the products. It's now been a month. I have tried emailing the merchant twice since last November and FB messaged once. No response. I'd be ok if it's delayed but no order update or response to inquiries is not acceptable. I'm disputing this charge and won't buy directly again. It's unfortunate because the masks are the best ones for my face and are well made. I will keep ordering from another third party from Finland who delivered them in less than 2 weeks and I'm in the US.
