Would you believe that this Rite Aid denied me medication to treat COVID? My doctor prescribed Paxlovid for the COVID related symptoms. I explained to the customer service representative that my insurance does not cover medications and was willing to pay out of pocket. I was informed that I need prescription coverage in order to get the medication. This doesn't make any sense. If you have COVID and have no coverage for your medication, DO NOT GO TO RITE AID. They will not help you. Unfortunately, I will have to wait another day to get this issue resolved.

Rite Aid is in bankruptcy; this Rite Aid will be closing in the near(?) future, ie; their Pharmacy hours are now 9am - 6pm! If you go to work 9-5, these hours absolutely do not work for you and you must get any prescriptions only on the weekends! Sometimes you may need an RX expeditiously. Their stock shelves have always been poorly maintained.

I got here at 08:50PM. Wanted to buy one item but the manger closed the store 10min early than the time listed on the internet. False advertisement. New management needed. Who manages these establishments?

Came to buy one item on a Sunday evening at approximately 08:50PM. Establishment lists its hours to close at 09:00PM on Sundays. Manager decided to close early. Stop spending your money here so this place can finally close down. Customer service is nonexistent.

I honestly don't know where to start. On more than two occasions my mother was given someone's else's pills. Then told" I'm sorry can you bring it back".I had the cashier tell my mother she did not receive a $50 dollar bill from her. Then the draw was recounted and found that she had received a $50 dollar bill. A medication was canceled by the doctor 5 times, but yet they tried to give it to my mother five times. Now I go to pick up medications sign for 30 pills and get home only to receive a call saying "Sorry we only gave you 15 pills, can you come back to pick up the other 15 you already paid for?" Sorry we can't deliver, due to you already paying for it. So I guess it's my fault. I forgot to mention that 1 hr early I was mis informed that my medication went somewhere else and was picked up by someone else. That was also incorrect and my doctors office confirmed it. So after waiting 30 minutes and no other customers in the store I finally get the medication but its the wrong quantity. The only time I ever feel confident that I get the correct medication is when Dolores is there. It's only a matter of time before someone gets hurt due to human error.

This Rite Aid location 11434 zip code. Very friendly and nice people work there. Always greet people and thank them for Shopping there

Well the last review was 4 months ago for this rite aid, and Nothing has changed with the customer service! No one answers the phone, I’ve called a number of times and.. no pick-up, just wanted to ask a simple question.. Do you take passport pictures and the price? I’ll look elsewhere, another unsatisfactory customer. Mr/Ms Owner how about adding more staff?
