Horrible reception at call agent, and also Doctor lie about lab results/medical records stay away extremely unprofessional.

Front desk staff needs to be retrained in HIPPA. They got rid of the nurse practitioner, who was one of the best staff on board. I don't know who is my doctor and I haven't have any refills and I am diabetic.

This place is ridiculous. You will wait for over 10 minutes before even speaking to someone. And they will bill you for a visit even if you never saw the doctor. Beware. The doctor is great but the Medical place is terrible. Run
