I have been there for 18 months. Excellent safe clean storage place to protect your important belongings. Cool storage and climate control location at 180 street and liberty avenue in queens Thanks very much goes to the manager Indra.

Rat feces, spiders and roaches all INSIDE of the unit and unit contents. This company is all about the money and severely lacking in service. Have been wanting to change storage companies but doing so is honestly such a hassle. My interaction with the store manager Indera has made me realize it’s time to finally make the switch after years of using this company. Thanks Indera! I’ll be sure to take this up the food chain and mention your name.

The worst, my mother used them for many years everything was fine intil she had stroke and could no longer work or pay on time. She begged along with my self to work with her maybe a payment plan or something but they didn’t want too. It was as if they didn’t have no empathy for situation. Called corporate office and they didn’t help either told me they was gonna call us to work something out but that call never came… My mother had no choice but to let her stuff go up for auction. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
