On Friday, August 16, 2024 I visited this store to look for hair products that were not available in my neighborhood. The store had the hair products so I purchased them, including a hair piece that wasn't on my list. I spent $31.00+ for the items. I did not purchase a bag for the items but put the hair products in my purse. The hair piece didn't fit in my purse so I I exited the store with the receipt and the hair peice in my hand. At that point the owner sent one of her staff outside and her staff told me that the owner asked if I paid for the hairpiece. I was both shocked and angry and re-entered the store with my receipt. I informed the owner that I had paid for the items. The cashier who collected my money didn't say a word in my defense. The owner was VERY rude so I told her I wanted my money returned for the hair piece in question. The owner stated that only store credits were issued. I took the store credit and planned to return to the store on Monday.. However, I returned the next day which was Saturday. I entered the store and located the same hairpiece. I took the item to the register where the owner was. I had already prayed that God would keep me calm so I silently placed the store credit and the hair peice on the counter. The owner asked me THREE TIMES if I needed a bag. I DID NOT answer her. Her last remark to me was, "I guess you don't need a bag." I left the store with my head held high and with my self respect. I will never spend my hard earned money in this store again. So, shoppers you spend a lot of money in this store. But beware, this store owner DOES NOT like us, she only wants our money!!! Sooooo sorry I couldn't give this review a ZERO!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD. Weirdo African security guard kept staring at me and making me feel uncomfortable. If you want to get stared at then come to this store.

Purchased a closure for $60 and was told it was one of the best with human hair. When my hairdresser opened the package and put the hair color to match my hair the closure mesh had a hole and I was forced to put the closure back into its original package. I had thrown away my receipt but I paid it with my debit card as proof of purchase. Do not buy this brand Ibiza from shake n go hair or closure attached is the photo. Also most of these Beauty Supplies do not have employees that know anything about hair not at all.

I should have read the reviews before shopping here. Items were unmarked and rang up as $5 more than other stores. Never again.

Trash place. Don’t go here because they accuse people of stealing. The Indian lady at the counter thought I took something and when I told her to check she refused. Go somewhere else and don’t support these people.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE IS LITTERALY THE WORST. THE OWNER (chinese lady) YELLED AT ME AND TOLD ME I COULD NOT ASK QUESTIONS.. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE IM NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!
