Used pods for a cross country move. Would have been easier to drive my stuff across the country myself. Just an absolutely horrible experience. Overpriced, nothing arrived in time, contents of pod were broken.
If you are doing a city move especially, just get a truck or movers. This is not worth the absurd price they charge. Nothing about it is easy or intuitive.
UPDATE: I Responded to PODS, per the below request, and was basically told everything was my fault. I had not planned on doing anything more than leaving a review but it's just an insanely bad company. Like, they can't even acknowledge they may have messed up. If you can, pay extra for movers or drive a U-Haul yourself.

Used PODS to move from the West coast to the East coast and wouldn’t have done it any other way! The ease of getting a POD delivered, loaded up, picked up and hauled off was incredible. Once we made it to our new place, the timeline of when the POD would be there was extremely accurate (and even a little early!). Setting up the City Service delivery was also a breeze, and come the day of the delivery, it was seamless. Even used a referred parter for hiring movers (who also rocked it!). Would refer anyone to PODS after this experience. Won’t ever use another option for cross-country transport!

An extremely disorganized and dysfunctional company that will add layers of stress and frustration to the process of moving. I booked a move nearly a month in advance and was called LESS THAN 24 HOURS before my move and told that "there was no driver to bring my container tomorrow." I was then told I would need to rent a U-haul and pack it up, bring it to their facility 20 miles away and load the POD there. I got to the facility and they had closed early! Rented the U-haul an additional day, put it in an overnight garage and had to take the train all the way back on the next day to do it over again. Was given a discount on my move as a result, but it was not worth the additional stress and the fact that it nearly caused me to miss my flight. Their website frequently experienced service issues and their moving timeline tool was unable to update simple changes that had been made over the phone with associates. A completely maddening and stressful experience from start to finish. Look elsewhere and thank me later!

PODS pricing is incredible, its service convenient, its drivers wonderful. The website is a disaster exceeded only by the rudeness and disorganization of its online personnel. All the time and money saved and the joy of the ease of moving was ruined with the over 10 hours spent on hold explaining over and over the same thing to customer service reps that apparently have no system for taking notes and would randomly get disconnected -- leaving me to have to call them back, wait on hold, and repeat the process. I spent more time on hold trying to get my stuff to my new home than I did in total moving boxes both into my POD and taking them out of my POD into my new home. It pains me to say it but I encourage you to stay away and just hire movers if you make over $20/hour you will make up the difference in price and not feel like an ant getting stepped on by a big corporation that does not care about you.

Roberto was the individual to come pick up the pod today he was very professional and quick there was never a doubt that he would be able to maneuver in a tight street, definitely recommended 5 stars

Luc, our driver was great! We received a call from him stating that he was 10 minutes away and within 10 minutes, he arrived. He was able to maneuver the truck into our driveway without any difficulties. Overall, a pretty easy experience. Hope he is the one to deliver our next POD. Will recommend PODS to everyone!
