They are so rude here! I came to get some help with my car and I was talked down to. It felt as if they had a problem with my gender and based on other reviews, other women have had the same problem.

They try to lure you in with a low Groupon price, and then scan your QR code and charge you extra fees midway! If you don’t pay, you lose your Groupon

I was told on the phone to make an appointment which I made. When I arrived they told it’s 2 hours wait.
The workers are rude and can’t make up their mind. When I parked my car they sent me to the office and when I got there they started yelling at me to move the car somewhere else. Went to another place nearby with no wait.

They do not deserve a star. Management is inept. Gave Ali $1000 for parts and it never came. They refused to return my money for over a month until I threatened to call the cops. Go there at your own risk.

Went to get a car inspection for my Nissan but my check engine light was on they fixed the problem Thursday passed the inspection Saturday!!! Shoutout to the team!!!

I called to ask about making an appointment for a wheel alignment and was just told to call tomorrow because they're busy and hung up on. I don't know a better way for a business to tell me "we don't want new customers" than that.

I know things can be hard out here and everybody is stressed, but yall need to be careful with how you treat people because, one of you could be the reason someone decides to leave this earth.
I don’t normally post reviews but I need to after the experience I had that caused me to cry due to the stress and made me lose trust in anyone touching my car. This will be a long review because I need to explain everything that has happened. I got my car towed here and when I showed up the man rushed to the door and I was telling him about my car and he asked me if I made an appointment and I said no and he said “ You got to make an appointment.” I'm standing outside in the rain while he is talking to me from the door. Never once asking me to come in. He asked me if I was a customer, (like a regular) and I said my grandmother and aunt come there all the time. (they came here for years and never had to make an appointment or has any issues with them before). I know things can change and I have no issue with that but I'm still standing outside while he tells me to wait and hold on. (Still in the rain) Then he came back and said they took my car in and I was able to come inside and he asked me questions. I told them about the belt and they went to go look at it so he can get prices. He tells me it's going to be expensive because he couldn't get a certain part separate. He has to get the whole thing. Then he quotes me that it is $1550 and that he won't be done until tomorrow so I said okay because I have no other choice because this is my only form of transportation(I travel to different states so I need my car). I'm getting ready to leave and my dad calls asking what happened and I told him and he wanted to speak to the guy. Something must have happened after the guy took my phone to show my dad the issue because his demeanor towards me changed after he handed me back the phone. After I went outside to talk to my dad, Other people started showing up and he ignored me every time. So I had the tow come get my car to take it somewhere else, and I went back inside and I waited for him to finish what he was doing and he looked at me and said how can I help you rudely. And I said the tow is going to pick up my car and he said, well you are still going to be charged. And charged me $115 for a diagnosis ( before I used to only pay $80.) So I paid because I just wanted to leave because I felt unsafe with my car continuing to be there. When I thought the card reader wasn't working I looked at the screen to see what happened and he pointed to the card reader and basically told me to not look at the screen. I used to trust them but after my transmission got fixed by them years ago, I was getting bad feelings about them anytime I would go because certain things will still not be fixed and I just gave up on going to them. I should have trusted my gut by not coming back. Because now I'm scared they will treat my grandmother and aunt differently because of what happened to me. If yall must go here, probably only do oil changes and inspections cause it seems any other work is a hassle and it seems they treat customers based on how well they know them from my experience and the reviews.

Not even worth a star. I have been coming to this mechanic shop for years and I noticed a new mechanic inspecting my car who claimed I needed new wiper blades which I did not. They also quoted me a labor charge of $400 to change 2 ball joints when I got the job done at another mechanic shop for $180. This mechanic shop is a ripp off. Do not do business with them and Ali manager is overwhelmed and needs to retire .

Upon arriving there, they kept on asking me to move my car. I have to move my car twice. Once I enter shop they were complaining about having groupon. They gave me vibe that they don’t like groupon. Upon showing groupon mechanic Ali checked me in and I had some question regarding service, mechanic Ali cut me off and proceed with his phone call. Then again I tried reaching out he stopped me with having conversation and deal with another customer. After oil change, (black old aged guy) cashier asked $5.90 for environmental fees and tax. He starts saying groupon doesn’t cover it. When I gave him $20 cash instead of arguing( that nowhere on groupon it says there will be extra charges). He gave me $4.10 instead of $14.10. While I was distracted with 10cent/ pennies, I didn’t count the money upfront. When I got home I find out that I have been also scammed for another $10 (and $5.90 previously). So I’m total of $15.90 short. Now I m not even sure that if they did full synthetic oil change. Overall, I lost my trust in such place.

There’s a new worker in the front, he helped me figure out what was going on with my car and got things fixed within the hour and the prices wasn’t crazy either . He’s definitely turning the shop around I will definitely be going back
