Good luck getting back your $200 deposit from vehicle rentals. Been calling every few days for 3 months, and they gave a different excuse every time. "Call back next week" "Call back tomorrow" "The boss doesn't work on weekends" "The person in charge is on vacation" The excuses got more & more ridiculous. Are they running a business or a scam? Eventually I got fed up, threatened to get a lawyer and press charges/ issued a chargeback with my bank. Had to go through such great lengths...

They charge the $200 deposit on your credit card, not a typical hold. Good luck getting it back. I got the runaround for days. Finally opened a dispute with AmEx and they cancelled the charge.

Their hours of operation, will not use again. Very friendly people. The driver was friendly only issue he was smoking while driving, at least he had the window down.

We recently left our car at Orom JFK parking for 8 days. And I am happy to say we were very pleased. The shuttle service to and from JFK was very efficient. The staff are friendly and caring. And the price is definitely right. We will be repeat customers!

Don’t use unless you want to get caught without your car. These people close at 11pm - no extensions. Imagine if your fly gets delayed and you can’t get your car.

This operation is in an auto repair and used car lot some miles from JFK. When we arrived the lot was so full I had to block the driveway and a woman who was leaving in a shuttle made me to move it so that she could drive out. I didn't have the presence of mind after a 3-hour drive from upstate to ask when the next shuttle would depart then discovered THIS IS THEIR ONLY SHUTTLE. We were then left in 80+ degree heat for a half hour - the airconditioned office was locked - until she came back and took us to our flight. This was a great start to a 13-hour trip, leaving us hot and sweaty.

Not only did we wait over a half hour for a shuttle to arrive to take us to the airport after parking (ended up taking an uber so we didn't get there too late), the pick up was equally as poor. We were given the run around after arrival back home and told to call after getting bags. So we did, then we were told to go outside and find the terminal numbers, since giving the info of the airline wasn't enough, and then we waited for another thirty minutes for the shuttle to come a fifteen minute trip less than two miles from the airport. Once we got to the lot, 3 men stood around aimlessly as we unpacked and dealt with our luggage. The shuttle had been half blocking us into the lot, and when asked to move they said 'Well can't you go around?' Which my mother didn't appreciate since there was a small opening that went over the sidewalk. Terrible experience both drop off and pick uo, you get what you pay for- be warned! I've used a lot of parking places over the years and this one is the worst.

Don't use unless you want to get caught without your car. These people close at 11pm - no extensions. Imagine if your fly gets delayed and you can't get your car. Very rude and inflexible. Additionally, Don't take the chance of leaving your car here, place looks dodgy and not sure your insurers will pay you out if they damage your car. Use a 24h reputable parking for a few extra dollars per day and peace of mind.

I rarely write reviews and travel often. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We took a photo of the return ticket when we were given it. We returned at our expected reservation time. We called to be picked up. The first time my wife called, he hung up on her and told her she would not get the car back without the ticket. We called back and he I spoke with him. He had a heavy accent and apparently was more responsive when spoken to by a man....He told us to go to pick-up area "A". We were standing right under the sign waiting for him. He did not park where he said he was going to be and then came out of the van to degrade us that "we were not in the right spot". We went to the van where another family expressed their outrage by the way they were treated. We made our way back to the business and my receipt, that he showed me stated, remaining balanced, $144.23. Right in front of me, he started adding additional charges. I said that I refused to pay any more than what clearly states the "remaining balance." He insisted and so I said I would call the police to retrieve my vehicle. He then backpedaled. What a horrible place.

Avoid this!!!! Parked our care there for trip to CA. When we flew back to NY, we called at 7 am for pickup from JFK. They are supposed to open then. They didn't pick up the phone for 45 minutes. We finally took a taxi to the lot and the guy said he didn't hear the phone. I asked him to reimburse me for the taxi and he said "call the management." No apology... nothing. The number he gave me for the management was bogus. NEVER AGAIN!!!
