Terrible Customer Service and Incorrect Order.
I ordered several items from Oh Nuts, and when the package arrived, it contained different products than what I had ordered online. I called customer service, hoping to resolve the issue, but the representative was unhelpful and unprofessional. She refused to accept my complaint and, to make matters worse, put me on hold in the middle of our conversation without warning. Extremely disappointed with both the incorrect order and the lack of respect from their customer service team. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered several cakes for Passover. They never arrived. When I called a snooty girl answered and informed me they were never shipped. Not there for my Seders. I was not even given an apology. Seemed like this was a normal happening. I did get a refund but not appropriate service. Think twice before ordering from this company. Order was suppose to be delivered to New York City not Honolulu. no excuse and worst not even an apology. Myrna

They never shipped my stuff. The dates for delivery on their website was bogus. What's worse? You call and they tell you that your order wasn't delayed, this is just how they do business.

The best gift options, everyone loves nuts, choclate, dried fruit and so on.Had to suprise some customers so i bought from them a bunch of Tu Bishvat platters.Everyone of my clients who received the platter was really amazed, so if you're looking for a gift to make a sweet little impact, go for it ay Oh nuts.

My Purim baskets arrived today... Purim was a week ago. F'ing ridiculous. Their customer service is clueless and useless. I personally would never order from these guys again. They are a MESS. NEVER AGAINNNN
