I find it important to share a review when service has been above and beyond. The team at Wreck-A-Mended was top tier. Wilson and Jennifer communicated with me through every step. They helped with my limited time, they even dropped off my car. I would totally contact them again in the fire and recommend them to friends and family.

Wilson and his team returned my car in pristine condition in time for Thanksgiving. The vehicle was spotless, and I had that new-car feeling all over again. Throughout the process, the body shop kept me up-to-date on how things were going via text and telephone. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. I'd come here having had a dreadful experience at the Bay Ridge Hyundai service center, and the contrast couldn't be more pronounced. Highly wreck-a-mended!

Crew at NYC WRECKAMENDED is absolutely top-tier. Treated me with respect and transparency since the moment I walked in and carried that professionalism through in the work they did on my car.They did their best to accommodate my requests and pulled through on every one that made sense haha.Huge thank you to Catalan for taking care of my car as if it were his own. It’s been a relief to not have to worry about my car while it was being worked on. He kept me updated as soon as they found things out about the work being done and the timing of things. Huge relief to have that information so I could make adjustments as I needed.My first great experience with an auto shop. You will not be disappointed.

Erik, Wilson, Erick Catalan and the rest of the team were great. They took great care of the vehicle and kept me informed of the challenges with parts delays. After all parts were received they were able to move quickly and get the car ready. Wilson even stayed late so I could pick up the vehicle after returning the car rental. After I picked up the vehicle, I noticed the front camera needed an adjustment, which they quickly handled on a return visit a few days later.Service: Auto body & trim repair
