One day, I was starving so I bought 4 hot dogs. The total cost, including taxes, was $15.86. No, this isn't a typo. And as an added bonus, there were no seats. I get that they want to discourage people from loitering, but punishing paying customers is ridiculous.One out of the four hot dogs was burnt and hard. The other three were decent. NY Deli probably figured that since most of their patrons are tourists from Europe who are coming off the Air Train that they can charge any price that they want. Those tourists don't realize that there are MUCH better and cheaper dining options in Manhattan. I'd only come here as a last resort (i.e. You missed your connection to the Patchogue train, you're starving, and the next train is an hour away).

This may actually be one of my shortest reviews ever. My wife and I came off the Airtrain at Jamaica and were headed to the LIRR for the trip home. We were waiting inside the station before going to the tracks simply to remain in the warm air.Behind me was NY Deli and all I could see were the pretzels. I thought it would be a nice idea to purchase one for the ride home. We did. Not so good. I was truly looking to have that warm soft pretzel, it was neither.

I bought a small $6.99 bag of chips here between flights at the JFK Terminal 8 location. They charged me on that day, and they charged my card again two days later. My bank wants me to contact them first to try to settle the dispute. HOW? I can find no contact info for them at this location. However, they were not a friendly group of people to begin with, and I am not going to spend hours more figuring out how to contact them. I wonder how many others have given up. I can only say judging from the rest of the reviews DON'T SPEND TIME OR MONEY THERE!

This place is the worst. The prices are sky high and a rip off even for airport standards. I'd only shop here if I was desperate like at 4am. Avoid if you can.

Cool little deli before you get on the airtrain or the longiland railroad. They are kind of pricey over there. But if you are in a little bit of a hurry ,not a bad spot.

Extremely rude employees and unsanitary environment. I bought food after a flight which had mold on it. When I requested a refund or an exchange the employees were extremely rude and refused to give me a refund. They claimed that mold grew on the food within 10 minutes of me leaving their store.

Terrible man behind the counter. Who greets you aggressively. In fact his name is Man. I don't know who he thinks he is? And truly it seemed like anyone he was "serving" was visibly upset and had a few walkouts. He was trying to boss me around and tell me where to put my luggage. Anyway I put in my order and I'm pretty sure he didn't put it in or put it in really late so I wait a long time. I needed a place to change cause I had just come back from Mexico so I unzipped my luggage and started putting on layers. That must have angered Man even more anyway food wasn't coming so I drank the water and left. Thanks for gIving me a changing room MAAAAAn!
