So bad I’ve been here a few times and always have problems with their security rules. During check out today, a random employee swooped in between me and the cashier, like a dauntless hawk, to deny me the opportunity to buy a bag strap because I made a small tear the little plastic baggie that they *stapled* around it so I could unfold the bag strap to double check that it was the length that I needed. Duh. They did not reason with me and took it away. They did not have strong enough language skills to explain why. I really needed that for a specific bag I have that is missing a strap and it would’ve matched perfectly. Now it’s going to eventually end up in the trash because who else is going to want that random thing.
If the theft is that bad UNIQUE, take your business to a better location instead of treating customers with disrespect.

PROS: It’s super big so you’re bound to find something. Lots of random things like knickknacks, school supplies, and appliances if you’re interested in that. Nice selection of jewelry. Also it’s in a mall/bazaar that includes a tailor and a smaller more expensive second hand store with a nicer selection.
CONS: They keep your bags behind a counter while you shop so make sure you wear something with pockets for your phone, wallet, etc. You can’t use the dressing rooms and there aren’t a lot of mirrors around. They have employees do the “self checkout” for you which is kind of awkward. Full price is a bit expensive but they have each item tagged with a different color and each day a different set of colors are on sale so you can still find deals.

horrible experiences. i’ve gone twice over the span of months and the staff and security are incredibly rude. they let tons of people go thru with bags and each time have given me a hard time about my small purse. they followed me around the first time i went as through i was stealing. the second time they took my bags, then refused to let me through without seeing an id. never in my life have i been asked to present id at a thrift store. both times when i tried to get my bags to leave they also gave me a hard time with the tickets.

**Avoid This Thrift Store!**
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this thrift store. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt more like a jail than a shopping space. They searched all my belongings without any reason, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary.
The worst part came at the checkout. I was accused of stealing despite having paid for everything.
This place treats paying customers horribly and should be shut down. I’m disgusted by how I was treated and will never return. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!

Avoid This Store at All Costs!
I had a truly horrific experience at this store that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in a jail rather than a retail environment. The staff aggressively searched my belongings, which was not only uncomfortable but entirely unnecessary.
When it came time to pay, I was wrongly accused of stealing due to their own mispriced items. This was not just an inconvenience; it was a deeply humiliating situation that led me to call the police to resolve the misunderstanding. Thankfully, I was cleared, but the entire experience left me disgusted and furious.
It’s appalling that a store would treat paying customers with such distrust and disrespect. I cannot recommend this place to anyone—save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. They should seriously reconsider their practices or be closed down for good. Never again will I set foot in this establishment.

It's the worst, they look at you as if you were going to steal those old and damaged things, everything is super expensive, the smell is fatal and the staff is very rude.

Didn’t expect to find much in here (never been before) but I found cute things within the first two minutes of shopping. I came looking for one item specifically that I didn’t find in other malls and I found 6 of it. Prices are a little high for a thrift store (like some SHEIN items are priced $10.00) but most things do have discount tags. I’d come again if I’m in the area. Would highly recommend it. Everything was very organized too and there were a lot of items. I added pictures of some things I thought were cute.

I went in there with my own purse, the lost Prevent.
Ion pull me to the side. Ask me to look inside my purse. Basically accuse me of stealing. When all I had was my money cell phone and my umbrella
And after I purchased 2 shirts today. He also pulled me to the side and looked inside my purse and also accused me of stealing after he saw me purchasing 2 shirts.
That's profiling and harassment. What kind of place is this at a thrift store? That lost prevention is harassing people for walking in with a purse.
I will be speaking with management of unique thrift store about this incident. And I will not be shopping there any further..

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place and its employees are disgusting! My 4 year old son, grandmother and mother were harrased by the racist latino “security guard” just because my baby was playing with the toys. We have been customers there since that place opened and to be treated that way, I just wish I was to be there.
