I am being returned from warehouse cause the cutoff time was 3pm. No where it states. Even on your website it says 5pm. Very unprofessional. I guess this is how cargo works. Will use someone else next time.

The office employees are very unprofessional and disorganized, they go out of their way to make the process of getting paperwork done impossible. They are not helpful or attentive, very rude and not knowledgeable about their jobs. I personally had to correct the office staff multiple times about incorrect information. Shelly the owner is Oblivious to how the customers are being treated, the staff is consistently changing and customer complaint all the time when sitting in the wait area. It’s absolutely ridiculous, and the worst part is they don’t care.

Absolute garbage service. Takes hours to process paperwork. Lazy and incompetent. They throw everything together in one pile, no organization. My freight has been sitting here for five days and still can't be picked up because "it hasn't been broken down yet".

I've been doing this for 16 years - it usually takes 4-6 hours to unload goods, these guys take 10 days+ - Completely unacceptable! And their reason? None. After 9 days, this was the email reply to my associate: "Good morning Heather,We're sorry for the delay but we're still working on having this shipment broken down and put in location.Best Regards,MonifahMSN Air ServiceTurkish Cargo - Import/Export Operations"So then I tried calling, no surprise - no answer and can't leave a message because their mailbox is full - probably from the other endless customers waiting days and weeks for their items. Fully unacceptable. No one should be using this company and any airlines using them need to really reconsider if they want to keep their freight clients.

this company provides the most excellent service to customers. everyone at the window is very helpful and makes my time there move by as fast as possible. the warehouse workers are very professional and quick with servicing me. i highly recommended this company for best air cargo quality service.

Horrible. Takes forever to process anything. Very rude. Always takes their personal conversations over work any given time. The staff that off loads or loads the truck are ridiculously harsh and useless if you have questions. They just stare at you as if you are doing or saying something wrong or in a different language. Very bad service here. ALL AROUND. Please fix this. As a frequent user of Turkish airlines transporting and exporting life saving medicinal products things are supposed to be done in a timely matter. Here? No regard at all for anything.

This company does not deserve one star. It neither has a system nor professional staff. I checked my cargo online and the system says it has already arrived, but staff says it's not ready for pick up. At first they will say your cargo "has not arrived our warehouse." They do this to charge warehouse fees. Management and personnel of this company will do their best to milk you out of your money. Avoid this company if you don't want to burn your temperament and resources. By the way they only accept cash and does not give official receipt.

I would like to share my experience of this establishment.This first time I came to recover my dog I was really nervous. I called ahead just for reassurance, and to confirm the whole process. I spoke to a wonderful young man named Tarek on the phone, he gave me all the information I needed to get my dog. He was so generous, he even called the ark for us to confirm our reservation with them. He emailed me all info addresses with maps included! I mean Above and beyond customer service!(Here comes the 1 star)I did everything I had to do with the ARK and came to recover my pets passport and vaccine information... Upon entering the lobby i was greeted by a young lady with blonde hair that had no idea what she was doing! She kept me standing at the window on her phone for 45 minutes!! There was not one person in the lobby at the time. I tried to ask her a question she was so rude and obnoxious. I would never fly or send anything on Avianca airlines just because of my experience here. This is just bad for buisness. Im not sure how and owner can tolerate such incompetence in his establishment... I wonder if he as just as incompetent as her!My experience on the phone was totally different than my experience walking into this establishment.100% would not recommend!

Me and my husband travel almost 300 miles from Maryland to this location, we waited for almost an hour just to get someone on the window. The staff giving the form is rude and too busy with her phone. For us first timers sending boxes like this to the Carribean, she assumes that we already know the process. There was no line but she took an hour before she appear at her window and assist us. She's always on her phone, even just walking to ths printer she have to carry her phone and I dont know what she is doing playing or texting whatever. I don't think she knows what customer service means because all the while that we are in that office she never smiles unless she is looking at her phone.The warehouse staff are more helpful and very polite.

After waiting over an hour, I ask what is taking so long to process my paperwork and I'm told that the girl is too scared to do the paperwork by herself because shes never done it alone before. You would think that she asks for help right? Well she doesn't. She works on countless other things from people that came after me but never asked anyone to help her finish my paperwork. So I sit here as I type this, with no one working on my HR paperwork because no one is interested in doing it. I am literally being ignored by the staff because they are not capable of processing my paperwork.
