please don't use this money transfer.
when there is a simple mistake with your transaction (agents fault) you wait weekssss trying to get your money back,,I've been calling RIA customer service,they have put me on hold and then hang up on me,I called back to be told a supervisor will get back to me shortly and I am still waiting,this is day number 8 of me calling to rectify the problem with a false account number and I've been getting the run around.

The worse place ever . It’s suppose to be a drop off location and the store never opened at all. I called the number and it’s going straight to voicemail. This is ghetto and unacceptable. I will never do business with them again

I came and waited 2days for my parcel from UPS. I have to be at work at 1:30 so I came and waited from 12 to 12:45. Both days they didn't open at 12. I'll make sure to complain to UPS about them. This is unacceptable.

It’s so bad I wanna give you a zero , but that’s not possible , so I give you a one! Absolutely disgusting. I have no idea why a UPS store would send packages here ! It says it would open at 12pm which is kinda late for a store. But anyways it 12:30pm and the store still hasn’t open . Unprofessional.

I was in such disbelief after my experience their. First off the store guy with glasses mismanaged my package. He was totally confused on how to release the package to me from UPS. It took about 5 minutes or longer I wasn’t counting. He finally learned how to work the app. Secondly this store is hiring addicts off the street with no name tags or any type of uniform to work inside of this place very unprofessional and unpleasant experience to say the least. To make matters worst the guy at the counter wears no mask knowing the mask mandate has been in affect for so long now. Just unbelievable.

Such a cluttered place, nothing is organized they are under staff and the only man their looks like his eyes are going to pop out his face when you ask a question. If you can go somewhere else to pay bills and be respected please do. This guy does not like black people at all. Do yourself a favor and go to real store with real staff. One person should not be trying to service 20 people by them self. So unprofessional.

I wish I was able to leave a negative star for this place. I went to this place because it’s an Access Point for UPS apparently. They opened my package and re-taped it. Some shady stuff.

It’s more of a West Indian store with Indian movies and music, West Indian snack and drinks and calling cards plus the UPS across Point. But they need to open earlier than 11am.
