The Hispanic woman who serves the Queens Center Mall store is not friendly, she speaks to you in a rude tone and does not help even if you are a customer who buys 5 purses.
The other people were very kind.

Female manager here working 7pm on 12/9 had the nastiest attitude. No idea what her problem was but her customer service was atrocious. Blamed her fellow employee for having us wait in the front, in an empty store, when we clearly let her know what we needed then she had the audacity to have an attitude and then said to her fellow employee “don’t worry I’ve dealt with worse” in reference to me like if I was the problem so I responded “me too I’ve also dealt with worse”. ? Very unprofessional, Michael Kors leadership need to retrain her. I’m not surprised this store is empty while the other stores have customers.

I’ve never been inside the store but beware of online sales & pick up orders, waste of time. They canceled my order but thankfully got my refund. Also don’t bother calling this store they’ll put you on hold for minutes + & the caller sounded uninterested in helping.

Says open 10 am no one in sight . If not for it being a Bday present, I would have made my purchase from Steve Madden right across they are open on time, salesperson Regina gave a floor show as she adjusted her black dress & hair, when other customers walked to the door she told them comeback in ten minutes meaning by her they open 10:30am not 10:00. Very unprofessional.

Place an order on 01/12/2023 with a delivery date of 01/19/3023. It's a birthday present. Without prior notice they cancel my order and when I call customer service, far from giving me a solution to have even another product on the indicated delivery date, they do not offer me any alternative. They have left me hanging, it seems to me an incredible lack of professionalism. I will not hesitate to make negative propaganda in any medium within my reach.
