The Hispanic woman who serves the Queens Center Mall store is not friendly, she speaks to you in a rude tone and does not help even if you are a customer who buys 5 purses. The other people were very kind.

I’ve never been inside the store but beware of online sales & pick up orders, waste of time. They canceled my order but thankfully got my refund. Also don’t bother calling this store they’ll put you on hold for minutes + & the caller sounded uninterested in helping.

Saw shoes here that I wanted to buy but they did not have the size.Been looking for them ever since. No success.
