The place is dark and the gentleman that was working there didn't seem interested, he was more concerned about his phone call that didn't end because there was a customer in the store.

This is my number one metro by T-Mobile store in all of NYC. Customer service is more than I could ever ask for!! Every employee that I have ever encounter here is always super nice and always willing to help. They really do value their customers as you never feel like they are trying to make a sale out of you. The employee is always putting me first and tries to comprehend my needs above anything else! If you are looking for a metro store this one won't disappoint!!! Best of the BEST.
