This was a long hard difficult experience. The employee did not want to sell me the phone here. There seemed to be always something, some twist and turn, some barrier. Well when we finally got into my account. The phone price said $379 now I know I didn't qualify for the promotion but he overcharged me. I wasn't going to beg for a lower price because the price in the store clearly stated $379 as the full phone price. I believe he overcharged me because he didn't want to sell the cellphone with my old number. But come to think of it I may have bought my number as well. He said repeatedly " wow it's a good phone" and that it's the last one and for me to take care of it when the long ordeal was done. I think he wanted the phone.

First and foremost I would like to thank you to employee at this MetroPCS store. Very good representation for the company. He went above and beyond my expectations to help me. Yesterday The store closes at 8:00 p.m. I walked in at 7:58 because somebody stole my phone and they were able to break into my phone and access all my personal information and they were able to get PIN numbers and Verification codes for my bank and there was nothing I was able to do about it because in order to do something I need to get a verification sent to that phone. But to make a long story short, the employee of that store stay until 8:45 p.m. and make sure we were able to cut off the access that the person was having on my phone. It was kind of difficult to suspend a line without the phone or any other info but he made three attempts, and we still probably would not be able to get in if it was not for the knowledge that he has and his brains that he utilized and was able to bypass everything that the person did to block me out of my phone and he helped me. And I wish I had money on me to tip him but I didn't but tomorrow I'm going to go back to buy him dinner because he probably saved my paycheck this week so thank you sir I appreciate you. God bless you and your whole family bro from the bottom of my heart bro thank you

Overpriced accessories it didn’t even fit the iPhone 11 that I was purchasing. They didn’t confirm if I wanted the earphone and screen protector. Just charged my card when I thought it was taxes I was being charged for in store. I’ll be returning the earphones. Their phone doesn’t even work so for me to call them back on the wrong size. Just ask more and more questions on all the charges. I asked but somehow still got charged more than I expected.

Been a customer for over 20 years. Andrew the owner is terrific. I've lived in Little Neck for about that time and when he moved his location to Jamaica Ave . Started frequenting another store because it was closer. Went back when the more convenient store tried to sell me items I didn't need and were not that knowledgeable about problems that would occasionally arise .Andrew is great as are his staff.
