Worst management! I have been purchasing groceries from this store for the past 4-5 years, but I recently had a terrible experience with one of the cashiers. There is a middle-aged Sylheti lady who was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. She spoke disrespectfully and behaved as if she owned the store. Her behavior was unacceptable and as a customer, I do not deserve to be treated that way.

Very bad experience there is a woman who pretends we are poor and she is rich and we are not buying just getting all the items as a donation. Mannan management should think about this.

This store is having too many customers that they can handle. We have been shopping for a decade. Recently this store is overcrowded. The employees are very rude.

Mannan Supermarket has a good variety of items, and I used to shop there regularly. However, I recently learned from one of their staff members that they use defrosted shrimp and sell them as fresh, which is concerning. Additionally, their customer service, especially at night, could use improvement. The cashier on the night shift is particularly rude.
