Both 2 packs of hanes products, which this store is more expensive than big companies like Walmart and target etc ,when I got home open my packages the size is doubled my size and what is written on the package, so I call the store and ask for manager, the cashier call him ,he said something very meaningful that the cashier starts laughing, and he never came to the phone, cashier ask what do you want,told her my problem she said bring it back I said am too far,so next weekend, I think the manager is disrespectful, costumer comes first,who ever they buying from they packing the wrong size in package, I bought 2 packages and both was the same,I will not go at that store anymore, I will continue online.

After shopping at this store several times a week for over 10 years I swore not to step foot in there again and it's all due to the horrible attitude of the owner. The worst customer service hands down. From following you around as if you are going to steal everything, to refusing to do an even exchange of their own product, there are so many 99¢ stores you can patron on Hillside Avenue, why spend your money here? Go somewhere where you are appreciated as a customer and service comes with a smile.
