So obviously I did not get my nails done here but I sadly chose to have a super model as a girlfriend and I say sadly because that means not only do I have to pick out what nails she wants… or even pay for them…. But I have to hear about them for weeks after.
Now typically I never have to question or even care about what happens because things always go well. My girlfriend tried this spot for the first time recently and probably had the worst experience yet. I’m leaving a review because I’m annoyed that I haven’t stopped hearing about it for a week now. And I love her enough to feel the pain she’s going through. I understand as a woman, a woman’s nails are everything. She went to a lady named Gloria, and all I’ve been hearing is how Gloria couldn’t focus properly. Gloria was more focussed on her phone and what SHE thought would look good instead of the customer (my girlfriend). I’ve never had to deal with an experience like this before and I’m leaving this review for all the girls who have loving boyfriends that also pay for their nails. Ladies, save that man’s money and go to your regular person you can trust without a doubt.

I like the service & attention I am giving. The lady that does my nails never fails me. The lady who does my feet makes sure I'm satisfied with her job all the time. They are very friendly that they make you feel like home.

Wasted my money here! I was referred by a friend to go to this establishment; upon arriving there was no customers so I was taken in right away. I went for a fill in. I showed my technician Gloria a picture of the nails I wanted before she started. I asked for baby pink french tips with white double french in the inner.
She started doing my nails but would stop every two minutes to look down on her phone. When she finished finished filling in my nails, she only applied two coats of base. After applying the base she took out white polish to give me regular french tips.I stopped her and told her that’s not what I wanted. I reminded her I showed a picture. The salon started getting a little busy around this time so she began rushing. She drew all my french tips uneven. The inner rings look like they’re floating. When I asked her to fix it she gave me a thicker line and said “it doesn’t look good” but proceeded to dry it anyways. I was charged $55 for this. I do not recommend this establishment at all.

The customer service is terrible, when you enter there is no one to give you information and then a woman appears shouting from a chair in the distance “to order” with a grim face, I better left, if that's how it was to ask for information, not I want to imagine the rest, discarding this place

I have been using her services for years. Love the way they fix my nails they are all very good. Gloria always does my nails and always has different designs. Lesly does my eyebrows and no matter who you use they are all good at what they do.Services: Foot massages

It was my first time at Lesly Spa Nail Salon. I had a very pleasant experience! The atmosphere is relaxing, calm inviting and welcoming. My nail technician was awesome. She did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure. I will certainly be returning on a regular basis!

Honestly, the staff is plain out rude and they charge exorbitant prices for subpar work.The quality of the nails are lackluster, they put the nails on crooked, the are inconsistent with the tip sizes from left to right hands, and lastly they don't shape the nails properly. If you tell them to fix something they have an attitude. They want you to sit there and not say anything while they improperly do your nails. God forbidding in the end when you don't like something they blame you for not speaking up.The only pro is the location.
