the short 4 eyed w/ curly hair she is very disrespectful & disgusting attitude she has made my shopping experience very disappointing & sadly i will no longer be shopping there. she needs to find another job retail isn't for her. she needs to get put in her place lol.. she always on her phone not helping anyone... i asked for a size she snatched that shoe from my hands & she said "we didn't have it" then i asked for another shoe she didn't want to call for the shoe & later on i asked her if she can check if another store had it she said i have no access to it which is a lie... & then she didn't offer me any further assistance. management needs to be better 100% !!!!!!

Great sneaker and great pieces but the staff needs to be a lil better. They always have some sort of attitude in their face but overall I like the pricing, location and the sneakers!!!

LITERALLY the worst….Spent 20 mins here & got a parking ticket, just to be told that my son size shoe was out of stock!!! The 2 young girls need to be replaced ASAP, their attitude sucks and they seem to be off especially the tall black girl, with hat she play games. Decent store tho just wish the service was better. Hopefully management see this review and make some changes immediately.

Always a ton of stuff... but never really anything that gives me the feeling like "damn... i need that, in getting that!"... so ehhhh.... its hard to believe that Snipes, Jimmy Jazz and Hyperactive are all the same company when Jimmy Jazz and Hyperactive always have such cooler stuff.

This location is hands down the best location that I have ever been to! They have a huge variety of sneakers and clothing the staff is extremely knowledgeable patient courteous and kind. They don't make you feel rushed and they answer any question expertly. From the general manager to the assistant manages to the sales associates these guys are absolutely amazing Ed sky kash Krystal there's one more that I am missing thank you so much for your excellent customer service it is a pleasure to spend my money with you, you will continue to have my business!

The “manager” had no customer service training at all! I stood by the same wall to see if I could get assistance for about 10 min. I looked for the shoes that I wanted and when I finally found them the manager was called to come and and assist by the register. Instead of him walking to me, he made a hand gesture to come to him. He was too busy talking to his co-worker. The shoes he brought out looked dirty. I asked for a a fresh pair, if not a discount, if I was to take the shoes home to clean them myself. He said “ it’s not dirt on the shoe, it’s a defect.” I think I would know the difference between dirt and a defect!! Either way, why are shoes with defects being sold to customers? I like Snipe but this store is not it!!! If I could give this particular store a minus 5 start I would!! Horrible customer service!!!
