I don't know if it's the store manager or not but there's this guy that stands near the refrigerators near the entrance of the store waiting to collect baskets around the supermarket, and leaves his post whenever I enter the supermarket. I just went to the supermarket and I already knew he was gonna start following me around which he did. He followed me around the entire supermarket and every time I would notice him, he would look away immediately, leave and come back to check up on me. One time, the small pocket in my book bag was slightly unzipped and he followed me the entire store and made it obvious when I just sat and stared at him he he looks stupid, looking looking away like I didn't see him and then looking back at me while I'm staring directly at him, and then he yells " no unzipped bookbags in the store" and I yelled back " you don't need to follow me around, you could just tell me that" to that he shouted and repeated himself " no unzipped bookbags in the store"I don't know if it's because I'm a black man or what not but I feel uncomfortable everytime I walk into this supermarket and see him there.Here's a bread description of the man: hes brown skinned, with a low cut and is usually wearing black- possibly in his late 40s- early 50s

Workers are very lazy. They don't bag the grocery, and they watch you with an attitude. If I'm buying groceries, why is it not being bagged? Customer watch and notice they attitude and laziness in this place ....

Went in today to buy a sandwich. Boars head honey turkey, Swiss and mayo. Simple. 2 weeks ago I bought the same sandwich but on a hero and it was 8.99. How did the price for rolls go up $3? I know food cost is rising but at this point this store is taking advantage of the neighborhood. You wont be getting my money anymore ??♀️

This grocery store sells expired products or products that are about to be expired soon. When the item is on sale that means it's about to be expired in a day or two, this place should be reported to the health dept.

This keyfood is straight hood. They have a very limited selection, they have security that follows you around the store if you look suspicious. It's a small supermarket and the managers need training about customer service. But it is very clean here that's for sure and their produce is fresh I never had to complain about freshness just customer services.

Review based on cashier at this location, as a customer for 10+ years cashiers are unprofessional, cashier stood and looked with no help bagging groceries and kept chatting with other associates.

The food offcourse are getting extremely expensive. They have produce on the shelves that are expired. In the bread isle, the customer spotted a mouse running across the bread. That alone turned me off. Never went back again.

I made a quick stop by key food store on hillside avenue , just planned on doing window shopping ending up buying few things by counter area , honestly went for a shopping ?️ bag purchase , Store looked clean , organized , didn’t have much time but look promising definitely to look back to shop and explore items that I frequently purchase , The staff by the counter was welcoming , friendly & offer good customer service
