They do have some pretty jewelry and watches but they love harassing people to buy more products. I respect the hustle at times but these guys go overboard.

Came in to get my watch resized yesterday one of the workers told me hold on the guy in the back is coming. We waited 25 mins. I think he was on break. When he came out he ignored us and he went to this group of ladies who just walked into the store and the ladies said “we were waiting here so long”. What a lie because they just walked into the store. He helped them instead. I grabbed my watch and left. That’s how you lose customer service.

I went to Jumping Jack today to change my watch battery. I used to work at a department store selling watches, so I never needed this service before. I checked online and saw the reviews and the location is near me, so I decided to try it. So glad I did. I paid $5 for the new battery, and the person, Igor, is very friendly and nice. He is a people-person. It truly is a watch specialist store, they mostly sell watches of all different kinds and do repairs on watches, so I will be back for all my time-keeping needs.

I always go here for watch related issues. They are very friendly and would fix the issue right in front of you within minutes. Only thing that would have been great is they prefer cash rather than credit/debit cards for payments.

I came in to get a watch repaired. The watch is worth roughly 300$ New. It was missing one part and they quoted me 200$. I politely declined; thanked them for there time and the store owner harassed me to give him a dollar for his time even though I was the only customer.Never experienced anything like this. Would not recommend.
