I’ve been shipping with Feurtado for many many years. Their customer service and delivery staff are A1. My barrels are always handled with care. I never have to worry that my contents might be damaged. They take care of my items so I never worry that anything might get damaged.?

Rude and disrespectful. They don’t care about the costumer. I use them once the drivers were more interested in who I live with, if I had a boyfriend and if them could sleep over. Very unprofessional.

Very rude woman,no courtesy,poor customer service manners. I shipped a crate to Montego Bay,went to Jamaica,the crate was there since December 20th, I came back to the US on the 28tth,I received a txt on January 16th that it was ready. Received a txt yesterday. I called to tell Feurtado that someone went to pick up the crate today,but was overcharged. The woman answered stating that has nothing to do with her,extremely bast tone of voice. I will not use thus company again and will not recommend anyone to ship wF them.

I started using them like 3 yrs now through recommendations from family. They are super fast and friendly too. Wayne typically does my pickups and he’s so knowledgeable and helpful. Ao big ups to him and the lady that picks up the phone(her name begins with R- just told me and I forgot). She is super pleasant every time I call. Keep up the good work. The prices are up there but the service, shipping time etc is totally worth it.

Went in to purchase a box, great service. Called for pickup, not bad. Had Leo pick up the box and he was on point. What I am upset about is the fact that I was charged for additional size because the box was built up. Also, when I asked how much it would be for shipping, at no time did they say that there was a pickup charge, they only said it starts at $130 as long as I don’t build it up. The box was not built up the top looked a bit high in the middle because the flap overlap about 8 inches. They promised a supervisor would call me back, I called the next day they said the supervisor was not available. I called the second day and was told that the supervisor said they measured the box and the charges remain. No return call from the supervisor. I have been using this company for years now and recommend them to a lot of people, but that stops now. They seem to be overcharging. Hopefully the box reaches Ja in tact.

Second time Im shipping with them and my first time was ok. Customer service was good the employee in the New York was very nice and helpful. But my second time shipping apart of my box was damaged by water. I would ship with them again but the staff in Montego Bay are very rude and I will not ship if they don’t check there staff in Montego Bay office. One employee hang up the phone an me, give me attitude as if I was calling to beg her something.

My barrel was picked up from over three weeks ago and until now it don't ship off yet .It's still in new York, no one explained to me that it wouldn't ship off yet because the company waiting on a full shipment for montego Bay.

I have been shipping with Feurtado for years. Great staff. Roslyn is the best. She is so patient while dealing with all the different personalities of the public. We did have 2 issues with our shipment once it got to Jamaica, but it was resolved quickly.

I’m not one to give negative reviews on a business but due to the way things were handled when I called to discuss the matter, I decided to post this review.I’ve been shipping with this company since 1998 and have never had any problems until now. My barrel arrived Jamaica on 12/21/22 but my dad didn’t get a text message until 1/9/2023 and picked them up on 1/11/2023. The fact that the barrel was there all that time and got damaged without notification to the customer or acceptance of responsibility for the damage is one of my problem; to be asked “are you sure you packed those things in the barrel?” Is my other problem.Because I put things in the barrels for various family members, I save my dad the stress of figuring out who gets what and keep a list of all items that I pack; so to the lady in the office who asked the question, yes I packed the cooking oil, canned pineapples, 10 bag of flour and canned tunas that are all missing from the barrel my dad picked up damaged and wrapped with clear cellophane packaging. Take responsibility and do right by your customers!!!!

Feurtado is excellent..only they have to work on their pick up schedule...guess they are always busy picking up...but apart from that I recommend them highly....wonderful staff in office... handsome and strong pick up crew..thanks feurtado....Unfortunately because of this virus trip was cancelled but stuff went down and got there as scheduled. Was picked up with no problem without me being there. Had to called Miss laurna and Mr Wayne to say THANKS. FEURTADO ..the best..
