I’ve been going to this salon for over 15 years, now I live in Brooklyn and there is no other salon like this one! After so many bad hair salons I’ve been making a hour commute because Ian’s believe me it’s worth it. They also have the best products (which you can actually buy) and they really care about your hair. Since I’ve been going my hair is looking much healthier.Since they changed to a franchise they’re revamping their services to make it easier to check in, select services and pay. And no need to ask who does my hair, everyone does an amazing job!!!The last thing I love about them is if you have a problem they are happy to try and fix it. We need more of these salonsServices: Shampoo & conditioning

Horrible now, I use to go here years ago and it was very nice lots of workers. I went there last Saturday and the young girl who braids didn't want to even braid my hair and the owner did my extentions and came loose in 2 days. I will not ever step foot in there again. The owner needs new workers not people who hates to work!

One star for the friendly woman who colored my hair. Everything else about this experience has been an epic fail. I asked for a simple black rinse. Easy right? I literally walked out with the same Color that I walked in with. But what really annoyed me is the owner asking me To pay before the dye is even out of my hair!! And then has the audacity to charge 90 for a rinse--which I wouldn't have mind paying if I liked the end result. When I Asked the owner to tell me the brand of the rinse, all of a sudden she walks away looking dump founded as if I asked her a difficult question. And then when I tell her the color didn't meet my expectations, because it's not black, I get a blank stare like "so! What you want me to do about it? And she's right because she already has my money. Once I told her my concern, she did offer To put more of the 90 color in? Which of course I declined because she had already insisted they were closing. Just so unprofessional. If anyone is Interested in having a relaxing hair experience and wants to darken their hair, I would highly suggest you go somewhere else. To the owner, Theresa, the place looks very classy I just Wished the service could match. There's a reason why you have a low review. Focus on the customer, before start asking for payment especially if you know your skills and products are sub par .

Speaking about you until you let them know you understand. Ugh!Put a conditioner in my hair and turned out to be over $100! (No I didn't ask the price beforehand, but at that price, let people know even if we don'task!)

Do not come here !!! They do a good job but the customer service is horrible. They help who they want to help and will leave you sitting around without attempting to check on you. Then when you say something about it they speak negatively about you in spanish because they assume you may not understand.

This is one of the salons I used to go to as a kid with my older sister. Apparently the salon is now owned by someone else, and if you read the comments it seems as though they no longer know how to do Black hair and are secretly perming their Black client’s hair. Most of the 5 star reviews are from white hispanic people or people that visited the salon for another service other than hair services.

I've been several times and there's always something I don't like. I always went with the desire to leave very happy but no. The last time, they burned my forehead with oxygen and my lock of hair was left in half ?. Some of the hairdressers are good.
