Went to buy AirPod Pros, once on the plane I realized I just spent over $200 and they accidentally gave me normal AirPods. Customer services won't answer my emails.

Beyond terrible experience. I bought 4 boxes of Ney Yorker chocolate classics, the one with the offer but 3 for 30 dollars. I tasted some of the chocolate and got infected with food poisoning right away on my plane flight. Found out that some of the chocolate actually had white fungus on it. I checked expiry date, it says October 2020. They stole my money for already expired chocolate.

I bought some KN95 masks from this Hudson News in Terminal 4 for $5 each. There's a markup, but not a big one. You can buy them in bulk on Amazon for about $3 each, so I'd say $5 for a single item, at an airport, isn't bad. That's also less than the vending machines in the terminal--they sell them for $7 each. The masks are great. They form a tight seal and have a metal nose bridge piece. They are warm, but very easy to breathe through pressure-wise. I assume they're effective.

I bougth a pair of hoddies one for my husband and one for me last month, and I am wearing till today, what my surprise when I saw a hole in the front part, i am very dissapointed about it, and the worst part when i was checking it, I read were said inspected by \\\"D\\\". I start laughing, how you can compensate me by this i am living in L.A. ??

Horrible experience every single time. I bought some stuff in 2 different times cause I'm an employee I expected employee discount they never give me any an charge me for full price and when I talk to them those ladies were like "oh I'm sorry I didn't know " do you think this thing can give me my deserved discount. Very very Poor service they need to trained them properly.
