When you use their ATM to make a deposit and you put in the wrong pin by mistake, they won’t indicate wrong pin try again. Instead, the ATM machine will take your money, return it, then lock your card! This is the most ridiculous bank ever. Why not just say wrong pin before allegedly accepting my transaction? I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

This Bank is the worse Bank I have ever dealt with .I think i will switch my account ASAP . Worse customer service . They don't care about the customers . I request a few check images more than 2 weeks to date I have not yet received it. I was going to do a CD account with them but with this expedience i just changed my mind and i am definitely going to Capital One, Chase or TD .

It is kinda confusing because in the photos it says HSBC bank but fortunately it is citizens banks anyway the staff is polite and they help you with your questions.

When I checked the website it listed the hours from 9am - 6pm on Thursday in 147-02 Hillside Avenue, Jamaica, NY and it was listed as open. When I went to the bank at 4:55 today at April 9, they told me that they were already closed, the employees were also very rude with me, and when I asked to speak with the manager they told me that there is none. I feel like they should update their times on their website to avoid confusion, especially during these times and their employees should be more respectful.
