My tax preparer, Hena Soriano, made basic mistakes and never responded to my feedback to correct the return. I requested a second preparer, who also made mistakes. I didn't exactly have hugely complicated taxes, either--I just thought that I was paying for competence.

It was the first time to the office, a walk in, wellcomed by Mercedes and helped by her, it was the best first experience!!!! Within minutes i sat with her and got my tax filled! It was the best first experience. Also, she helped me plan ahead for the next year, she answered all of my questions and even more! Definately telling my friends to file their taxes here!

Since I arrived in this country I began to file my taxes with this company because of its prestige and popularity, but I had never been as pleased and satisfied as this year with the service that Ms. Mercedes Matos provided me.
